"I contacted the people at Zarpure as I needed my chimney inspected. They sent a technician and provide a free quote on the work that was needed. Their technician, Marco, explained the work in details, providing photo evidence to support what he was explaining. I received the quote via email later that day and was able to confirm what I wanted done online. They called me back 2 days later to schedule the service. On the day, the job was completed as expected and with great professionalism. Chimney sweeping can be messy but they protected my place and cleaned after them. My only criticism is with time management. On both visits (quote and service), the technician was late. Other than that, I'd happily recommend anyone to use their services.
