Recent Review: Once the initial hurdles (building permit, foundation contractor) of building a garage were overcome, Ron Young of Atlantic Shed Co. was contacted and told we were ready for the installation of his product. Ron had worked with me earlier on with the project in providing a quotation for the preferred size and options of the project as well as all the proper paperwork to make the Building Department happy. On precisely the date that work was to commence, (two weeks after the official 'go-ahead'), it did . The truck with the workers and pre-fabricated garage arrived bright and early as well as the heavy-duty fork truck to lift and locate the walls and roof trusses. I wish to point out that the workers in this case were a crew of Amish lads with the most positive attitude I've seen in one very long time. On the first day, they worked until 9pm. By noon the second day, the garage was completed. Their business ethic and know-how was completely beyond reproach. Absolutely a delight to watch these young men! The finished product is absolutely beautiful and is obviously built for the long-run. I could find not a single thing to complain about. Atlantic Shed Co. is highly recommended. Recent Review: They kept asking me if there was anything else they could do after they were done. They actually swept afterwards which was up and beyond. They were very solicitous, very kind, and they were here on one of those 96 degree days. They were up-beat and just perfect.

Recent Review: The "showroom" at Reeds Ferry is a large area with many different types of buildings they provide. You should certainly go there if you are serious about seeing the differences and to see the construction quality. The sales team was not pushy and did not try to upsell me. We settled on a 10x12 shed with double doors on one end. They took our deposit and set a date for delivery of the shed. I had to prepare the site for the shed which wasn't too tough. They showed up on time, three guys in a truck, 2 of them unloaded the parts while the third took to tearing down the 30 year old metal shed. He only needed a hammer, folded it up like some sort of giant metal origami and carried it himself to the truck. They also took the wooden foundation so all that was left was the cinder blocks. That was well worth the small extra cost! The crew was at our house for about 6 hours, the walls and trusses were prebuilt but they had to build the roof and put on the siding. When they were done, there were no loose nails or scraps of material, the lawn wasn't damaged. It was a very smooth and painless install. They said I had a 30 year warranty and to call if I had any problems. A couple of months after, I received a survey from another company to talk about my experience with Reeds Ferry. The double door latch was sticky at the top so I was only using the bottom one. I also found a partial nail hole in the siding that I hadn't noticed before so I mentioned that in the survey. Just that I was planning on calling but just hadn't gotten around to it. Within an hour, the VP of Reeds Ferry e-mailed me and dispatched a tech to my house in 2 days! I told him my wife sleeps during the day so the tech showed up, swapped out both latches, and replaced the siding, leaving a note on the door describing in detail his tasks. So now we have a happy wife who got to sleep and a happy shed owner with a more robust door latch. I would consider this exceptional customer service and I have not looked back at the price because the shed is a quality product and I believe the company will stand behind it. When I show people pictures and tell them it's a Reeds Ferry I usually get the raised eyebrows followed by "you got a good one". Maybe a little more expensive than other places but well worth it if you ask me.
