"Tri was great, I had a terrible, old bathroom with a layout that made no sense. Tri had lots of good ideas and he helped me source different materials. He listened to my needs and he even figured out how to install my super specific bidet toilet. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom, and every morning I'm so glad that I did this renovation. There were hiccups, of course, but what construction project doesn't have that? I am surprised to see the previous review from fall of 2019- that is when Tri was doing my project as well. I wanted to wait a 6-12 months before reviewing to see how the work has held up. So far, so good. But I didn't have ANY of the issues from the previous reviewer. Tri was very professional, all of his contractors were as well, and I never had issues with any of them in my home (I do have security cameras throughout). He did explain any material costs or any changes to me, and I was able to provide my own materials at any time. The only one that I will agree with is that the subcontractor may not have been as skilled- my tile floor was not laid properly at first. When I pointed it out, Tri pulled it all up and redid the work, and I'm glad that he insisted on starting over and doing it properly. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and I would hire Tri again.

"Our project involved combining Kitchen, Living room and Dining room into 1 largely open plan area to modernize, increase the light and use of space more effectively. This involved knocking down walls, including a supporting wall and a wet wall, and putting in a new beam. We also had the main bathroom and master bathroom renovated as all the plumbing had to change in any case. We selected Pegasus for the project as they had managed projects of similar size with positive, enthusiastic reviews. We particularly liked the fact that the company seemed to have strong project management. Overall we are delighted with the result – it exceeded our best expectations. Project Management - Pegasus provided strong, engaged and proactive project management through Mike who made sure that we were aware of what was happening and what he needed from us. He addressed all issues and change requests and made sure the various tradesmen were coordinated giving us very few days with no activity. The initial estimate was that the project would take 3 months and it did. All tradesmen were outstanding, both Pegasus employees and contractors who are very closely tied to them. We have had some poor experiences with contractors in the past but on this project they all were highly professional and committed to doing the best job they could for us - making suggestions, taking initiative and going beyond what we would normally expect. We would happily use all tradesmen again. We did make one suggestions to Geoff on potential improvement. The estimate was provided up front before the design was finalized. At this time we were having many discussions on alternatives and were not fully clear on the snapshot of the design and assumptions used for the quote. We suggested the quote include more clear information on the design and assumptions summarizing open decisions that could significantly change the cost. To be clear, Pegasus had provided detailed information and were above board – we were just in the throes of making so many decisions requiring many discussions that we made the wrong assumptions in a few cases. Geoff understood our concerns and is adapting the process to help the customer navigate this complex and anxious process. With that, we are thoroughly enjoying our new space and would recommend Pegasus without reservation.

"Mike is the most responsive contractor I've worked with. From initial estimate to daily contact. Through his experience he has found a fantastic network of cabinet design/suppliers, plumbers, painters, tile installers , and hard wood floor refinishers/installers. They are truly top notch. "We had worked with Britton Homes in the past and were so pleased with their work that we hired them again to completely renovate a bathroom and our outdoor deck. Jim Britton and his crew are friendly and completely professional. They take their time to lay out the project timeline and discuss the project in detail, as well as supply recommendations of vendors for tiles, shower doors, vanities, etc. Jim assigns a project manager (Ryan, who was terrific!) who is the main contact throughout the project. All work done was of the highest quality, and included electrical, extensive plumbing, sheetrock, plastering, and tile work for the bathroom, and major carpentry and new concrete footings for the deck. Jim and Ryan were always available to discuss changes or issues encountered, and both projects were completed on schedule. We highly recommend Britton Homes for any construction project, and were so pleased once again that we are hiring them to renovate our kitchen in the near future.

"We hired Mark to do a complete bathroom remodeling. Very early on, Mark committed to a timeline (4 weeks) that he respected. He advised us where we could choose the bathroom features (Frank Webb), and tiles. We gave him the list, he ordered and picked up everything. Mark and his crew showed up on time for the demolition, and the schedule of the Tiles, electrician, plumber, painter, and inspector was all organized. He took care of everything. We only had to be around to answer some simple layout questions. We had a couple of minor bumps during the project (as expected), and Mark quickly found solutions and took care of them. Mark’s crew is very competent and the quality of their work is impressive. Moreover, they are very polite and respectful, making the whole experience painless and pleasant. I recommend Mark's team, they are a bit more expensive but the quality of the work and the stress-free experience for a renovation is well worth it.
