Itay from Everlast Construction is the only person you'll need to go to for all your remodeling needs. After having two different installers not show up I turned to Everlast. So glad I did. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and I booked him for 2 weeks later. His communication and follow-through were excellent. The space is much brighter and the tiling transforms it into an entirely new bathroom. Itay and the team are incredibly professional and tidy and the work turned out fabulous. I know he and his team worked really hard to put everything together for us and we really appreciated his time and effort! We love the results so much that our next project is have Everlast Construction do our master bath too.

We visited the showroom in Concord. We were very impressed with the quality of the product and having seen other products had pretty much made our mind up to procure their services. The designer came to our home, fully prepared with examples of the product and we ordered the remodel that evening. We had a second visit by a worker taking measurements and obtaining the permits necessary to complete the job. The job was scheduled several weeks out, but they actually called and scheduled the work much sooner than anticipated. The workers arrived at the time promised each day. They removed the tub enclosure the first day and began the prep-work. They consulted with me to ensure the installation of the safety bars were in the appropriate place. They cleaned up each day and completed the job in the time promised. The workmanship was outstanding. The shower and bathroom floor are amazing. It's too bad they only do bathroom remodels. Bay Home Remodeling just finished replacing my tub with a low threshold step-in shower and my standard toilet with a higher, ADA compliant one. Everything came out exactly the way I wanted. Gal, part owner and lead contractor, is a dream to work with: professional and friendly, reliable, honest, clear and accommodating, on and on. He listened to what I wanted, offered a varieties of solutions (after all, he's the expert), checked in daily to make sure his workers were on track, dealt with all the paperwork and inspections needed and generally made my project seamless. Gal and his workers were respectful of my home and were always careful about Covid precautions, never making me feel nervous about them working in my home. Bay Home Remodeling wasn't the lowest bid (it wasn't the highest either), but when you have workers in your home for two weeks+, you want to be confident that the work will be done properly and on time, and want to be on the same page as your contractor. Recently, needing a new shower installed in place of a bathtub, I looked for a local to do the job. Angie’s list generated Celebrity Tile, with Anthony Spavone as owner and licensed contractor. From the very first contact—which was prompt, I found Tony to be clear, knowledgeable, prompt and timely, staying to the schedule we agreed, knowing how to do all parts of the job or getting help as needed. He was fast and neat, reliable, able to step in and cope if I was not sure of some detail. When at the end we needed one more thing done, he sent a worker, without charge, to get the job done and—when asked, that worker managed one other trouble spot in the household plumbing as well. Viktor is very professional, prior to starting the job he provided us with an estimate and his credentials such as contractor's license and a copy of the insurance certificate. He did an excellent job repairing our shower, finding the right materials and installing the tile. We really appreciated his dedication, precision and hard work as he had to operate in a very cramped space and therefore the job took longer than originally estimated, yet he was very flexible and willing to make the best of it. They tore out the floor under the shower and the shower itself, replaced the subfloor, the shower pan, and cultured marble shower walls, took up the old vinyl floor and put down a stone floor, added stone base boards, installed shower fixtures and a grab bar, installed a new toilet, repainted the room, installed a shower door, and added a grab bar beside the toilet.

I hired Guaranteed Plumbing to plumb a shower drain and fixtures into a bathroom that was previously a half bath. Because our house sits on a post-tension slab foundation, the job required cutting into my concrete foundation and avoiding the tension rods running through it. After hiring and firing another plumber and getting 5 additional estimates, Marcus' plan made the most sense, his pricing was competitive and I trusted his judgment. POLICY BATH & SHOWERS
Troy, the technician from Policy, did a great job measuring for and installing the Swanstone shower surround, along with the swinging glass door and additional fixtures including a folding shower bench and grab bar. When there were issues, such as when the shower pan was installed incorrectly, he advised us as to what steps to take next. Moreover, back at Policy's store, a friendly lady (whose name I've misplaced, alas, one of the managers, I believe) coordinated with our general contractor (as this was part of a complex renovation) to reschedule the installation. The end result is quite nice! The shower surround is floor to ceiling, and not only includes the fixtures mentioned, but also an exterior window (with sill), and a shower nook. Considering it's a rather customized installation, along with the hiccups with other contractors, Policy performed well. Update on something we nearly forgot to mention: While they were working on shaping the Swanstone to fit our shower, we noticed that instead of using a vacuum (e.g., PowerVac) to clean up the plasticized particles, they just flushed it down the street drain. While we'd still recommend Policy, I would add that one should be vigilant about such polluting, and ask them to use a vacuum (or similar method) to clean up the debris and taken away appropriately and more ecologically. I've adjusted the grading accordingly.

The Installer arrived on Time. Proceeded to explain the process and then started on the Main Shower. He worked on the section for a Day and half. Removed the existing shower pan and fixture. Installed new flooring under the new pan. Installed the surround shower and fixtures. Installed the new shower door and caulked all the edges. He then proceeded to the lower shower. Re-piped the water lines and installed new drywall. Installed the new surround and like the upper shower installed the fixtures, shower door, and final caulking. Both showers work and look great.

"M&M remodeled our relatively small master bathroom, including re-tiling the shower, installing new shower door, toilet, light fixture, vanity, countertops, sink, and medicine cabinet. The finished product looks fantastic. We are especially happy with the new shower-it looks amazing and makes the room look much bigger. There were a few shortcomings--the project was estimated at 1 to 1.5 weeks and took about 5 all in. However, if time is not a huge concern, M&M does a great job. In sum, although we were a little frustrated with the delays, it was worth the wait. We always trusted that M&M would get it done right. Note: We paid M&M $9K. We provided the materials (minus countertop and shower door). Materials cost roughly $2K. So total cost for remodel = $11K."
