Recent Review: Excellent job. Responded to my initial call quickly. The job took 6 hours and the technician worked conscientiously hard those 6 hours....not even a break. Very anxious to please and I was pleased. Cost was reasonable and competitive.

Recent Review: . They just did a standard job. It was not anything particularly special. The young guys that came did a nice job selling me on doing a kind of cleaning that I was planning to do. It was not anything special. They just did a standard job. Perfectly frank on carpet cleaning I am not in favor after having had it done for the second time in the last 25 years at home. I am not a believer in carpet cleaning. It looks great when you need to sell your house. Having the carpets cleaned makes the house look really beautiful for about a month. But as soon as the temperature starts to rise and the house gets humid again within a month or two, most of the issues you have had before starts to come back. I would not have a professional carpet cleaner come in and do my house again. Nothing wrong with Stanley Steemer, I would not have it done by anybody. I would rather replace the carpeting after 6 to 7 years. That is my belief on it. Or change my floor to wood and tile and give up the carpeting. Nothing against Stanley Steemer, they did a fine job at a fair price. My own personal experience with carpet cleaning is one that it does not last long enough to make worth the money. I did not know Stanley Steemer did grout cleaning on tile until they came. If you issues with grout they come do it with the machines. It might take you a day or two to do it by hand by yourself; they can knock it off in an hour and half. They have a machine that is designed to do it. This machines shoots steam in a narrow band similar size to grout line on tile. Then it suctions back up the moisture that condenses from the steam in the similar manner. So they go line by line super fast which would take you hours and may be even days to do. I did not know that they did it and it was helpful for me. That piece of their I would do again. They did good solid job.

Recent Review: Had a great experience from start to finish. Charles was punctual and respectful of my time. The work was professionally done and the end result is just what I was expecting. Super clean tile and grout with a sealer to help keep things clean. Can't recommend this high enough.

Recent Review: Excellent! The guys did an awesome re-grout job in our Kitchen and Bathroom. Shower looked like brand new, and the cracked and chipped grout in the kitchen looked fabulous when they were done. We were very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

Recent Review: Initial plan was to have them replace grout in master shower, marble floor, master countertop and kitchen counter. Also had several cracked travertine tiles in foyer that needed to be replaced. Estimator sent to house lacked knowledge of the type of travertine used in foyer and provided an estimate containing multiple charges for same work. After the estimate was revised we settled on work in the shower and countertops. The young man sent to perform the work was polite, neat and the workmanship was very good.

Recent Review: Repaired grout in green tile in the back entrance, color matched to the odd green existing color. The color match was great. Repaired grout in the basement of a sand color. Repaired grout in the bathroom around the shower door area and around the bathtub that had cracked. Matches and looks like new. He was professional and courteous. Would definitely use again.

Recent Review: They did an excellent job. We had problems with the grout for the tile, it was a manufacturing problem, a bad batch of grout was supplied. They worked to resolve the problem, which took about 6 weeks. We were very impressed with Complete Flooring because the bathroom was finished and they never once asked about additional payments. We plan to use them for our remodeling job in Traverse City at our cottage. They were excellent to work with, very professional and the contractors were equally professional.

Recent Review: We had an issue with the grout on the floor but Hadrian did his best to fix it and in the end all was good. The shower is beautiful.

Recent Review: The young lady at Lowe's Company was very helpful in selecting the materials. She knew what I was looking for. She even helped me load and unload. We were also able to return the over's without any problems. It was a pretty good experience. They were pretty good in answering my questions except for a few on which they got back to me the next day. The people that I spoke to seemed to be familiar about the products. I would recommend them. I would definitely use them in the future.

Recent Review: The initial product looked great, however, not long after the work had been completed the grout started to chip and come out in several areas throughout the newly tiled floor. After leaving many messages the owner finally responded. He came to my home, re-grouted the problem areas and said he would come back and and take care of any additional issues should they arise. Within one week the grout started to come out again in all of the originally effected areas. After several attempts to reach the owner I have still not received a response. We have been informed that much (if not all) of the tile he installed will likely have to come out and be reinstalled or replaced in order to get the flooring up to the quality it should have been from the beginning. I would definitely not recommend hiring Grand Rapids Tile or Roger Stelma for any tiling jobs. We have been dealing with this for almost 2 years.

Recent Review: He did a good job. He saved us money on the tile. We had gotten a price from the wholesaler of 41 dollars a square foot and he did not mark up the tile at all from the whole sale price. The work he did looks good. The tile supplier made him wait a little bit. There was a delay in the process, but that wasn't his fault. Once he got all the tile, he got it all in and he did a good job of matching the grout work. He even tried to find us cheaper tile in the beginning.

Recent Review: The tile is uneven, raised and low in many spots. Grout lines uneven and some filled and some very low. The tiles were left short cut from the walls and never filled with grout. Some tiles literally lay against the tile next to it so much that grout cannot be put in. The damaged our freshly painted walls. They gouged, scratched, and got thin set all over walls. Had to wash, mud, sand and repaint everything lower then 5 ft. plus material again. Cost us $895.00 to repair and repaint. Consulted with local tiling company, will cost $ 1000.00 just to break out and fix a small area that's seen the most. To replace and do the job completely correct would be over 10k. Have estimates Jennifer Daanes and her employee Chad Hardy refuse to take responsibility for the terrible job. They wont look at the pictures nor come back to house to show them the issues. At this point all they have done is threaten to tell others that they didn't get paid the remaining balance. We offered a fair amount to settle and they refused money. They were given half down in beginning. We have been advised by attorney not to pay them more. We tried to settle just to be done with it , but they wont. They send nasty texts and threats instead. They told us to put furniture over anything we don't like or and use throw and area rugs. That's their resolution.

Recent Review: They showed up late everyday and did not even show up one day and no one called to tell us they would not be coming that day until 4 in the afternoon. They worked a few hours each day with a hour lunch included, our job was not completed by the completion date on our contract. They damaged our walls removing carpet and damaged our new materials as they were installing them. They asked for 200 dollars here and there which we did not mind until the job went over our contract date, when we told them we would pay them the remainder when they complete the job William informed us he would slow down if we didn't pay him. On the final day of work they sent a final invoice and I paid them upon completion. The following day I called William to tell him our grout and turned a chalky white color on top, he said he would come by to look at it. When they came to look at the grout he told us it just happens with dark colors and brought us an additional invoice for $1,500 saying they did $3,000 in extras but would settle for $300. When we looked at the invoice they were charging us for services already agreed upon in our original contract. After a couple days we had a carpet seam pull apart and noticed an area where the carpet was never secured. We sent pictures along to AAA services and are getting quotes to get our carpet repaired.
