It was over a year ago when I used the plumbing services of Godwin Plumbing. They installed a new garbage disposal and to the best of my recollection they were prompt, professional and their prices were very competitive. I also hired them to connect a new faucet in the kitchen and they did a good job and didn't overcharge for their time. Lets face it......no plumbing is cheap! I'm afraid I don't remember the charges.

The second plumber accidentally cut two holes in our bathroom floor, and offered to refund our money. They are great plumbers and we will use them again, but it depends on which plumber comes out.

We will be needing a new faucet. During the machinations of trying to get the leak fixed, I did not feel comfortable picking out a faucet over the phone. Steve arranged to get the immediate leak fixed, and he will come back and install the faucet for labor, only--no house call fee. We have used this company in the past, and we will continue to use them! The are honest and deal with their customers ethically and with integrity.

The plumber got there when I needed (same day I called). He took a couple of hours trying to figure out a problem, had to leave and come back to get a tool he didn't have. In the end, we ended up purchasing a faucet and replacing it ourselves.

At that time, I thought it was alright. But there's a little problem. The left handle is just loose. Probably something just needed to be tightened underneath. They charged a fee for just coming over. The price was kind of high for me for what they did.

Recent Review: He was punctual and was professional. He did a great job installing my new faucet and spray. The sink looks nice! He also took the extra time to make sure that the hook-ups under my kitchen sink were properly sealed to avoid leaks; he updated the hook-ups that were there to allow easier convenience in reaching shut-off valves. I feel confident that there will be no leaking, as there had been in the past. He spent well over an hour on the installation and updates, which I appreciate. I feel things were done right. In addition, he quickly undid the clog in my bathroom sink (I had spent months trying to get it unclogged). I am pleased with the work that was done and would hire through the company again.
