My bedroom light switch stopped working and Webb came out to fix it. I have no complaints about the quality of work or the professionalism of the individual who came to my house. He was great--friendly, knowledgeable, fast, etc. My only complaint is the cost. $80 and he was at my house less than 15 minutes. I wish I'd had other things for him to do, but I only needed the switch changed and the high price of the service call really stung.

Inspected electrical failure to hot water heater. The electrical switch to the hot water heater was repeatedly getting tripped. Diagnosed the problem was the lower heating element was fried. Fixed the problem same day (late on a Friday night).

Ron was very personable and pleasant. He came in and got right to work fixing the light switch. We asked him about adding outlets outside, in the front of our house. He looked at our house and described how he would go about doing that. After he left, we discussed it and called him to ask him to do the work for us. He came back in a couple days and did the work. Ron was right on time both times. He didn't leave any mess. This was our first time hiring an electrician, and Ron made it a pleasant experience.

I did not expect him to have time to check my toilets, which all had very minor but annoying issues, but he took the time to look at and fix them all in addition to changing out a light switch. He also changed out a few light switches that were old and loud, he replaced two basement lights with new flush lights, and the vent was installed in the new shower upstairs. Very pleased.

Recent Review: Overall it went well, the shower light installation took longer because of an older previous fixture, which caused the price to increase. The timer on the light switch that was installed does not work properly - not sure if it was an installation issue or if I programmed it incorrectly or if it is a part malfunction. I did not want to pay more to have to have it checked.

Recent Review: He started ok, but things seemed to go south the more often he had to come back. when he finished, he left holes in the wall where the original sink was. put in a gfi light switch with electrical plugs, which do not work. he put in trim that did not go the length of the wall. he literally slopped stain on the trim missing significant areas, and hitting the walls instead. he used trim that did not lay flush with the corner molding, and it juts out from the corner molding. the ceiling. he put in a drop ceiling and cut the circle for the can light that was in there and then did not even put trim around the light. we had to go to menards ourselves and get it. once installed we saw why he probably didnt want to do it. if you put the fixture up the way its supposed to be the ceiling tile is pushed up. the can light is to far recessed in the ceiling. he did not install the electrical high enough in the wall so the trim went through the plate, his solution.... shave off the bottom, unevenly and still mount the plate. he also cracked the wall that he had replaced, and left it that way, i had to call him to come back. overall nice guy, and i think he does know how to do things correctly, he just choose not to have any pride in his work......and choose to do a half butted job....sad
