"We had an old aluminum extra large or non standard window that I could hardly open that needed to be replaced. Also, we had an old tile shelf outside the window that needed removing as well. The salesman Jeff came out on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about their services. He showed me the window that would be the best type for the area.&nbsp; I looked through their brochures and I agreed their 4000 series double paned slider in white would be the best for us. He also added tinted glass (called Solar zone Elite)&nbsp; He gave me a demonstration of a sample window and the way the window opened and using a blow torch how cool it stayed inside compared to a standard window. It was interesting. I didn't order the window that day. I called him back and he took measurements. <br /> When the two men came out to install the window I was given a time range (between 1-3 p.m.) when they would arrive and they arrived at 2:30 p.m. They weren't informed that they were supposed to remove the tile shelf but I told them and they quickly removed it. The window was also installed in about 40 minutes. They showed me how to use it and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Both men were very polite and courteous. They gave me the their warranty and the next day the company called for follow up questions. I thought they did a great job. I'm not sure why they were not told about the shelf but there was no problem with them removing it and hauling it away.&nbsp; So I wouldn't put them down for that. <br /> The price and quality of the windows is great and I would re-hire them again for other window replacement.

"Rhino Handyman Services and Ted were AWESOME!!! Prompt and easy to deal with, and their work was amazing... No mickey mouse stuff here and they really go out of their way in order to make sure that the job is done the right way, the first time... "Diego was an impressive sales person and we had done our research, so we signed up the same evening. His knowledge of construction aided the process immensely. We had the order filled out that night in a marathon session! with all design decisions made. Measurements were taken again on appt., the order was placed. Windows came in on the earliest date given, and we scheduled the installation. A flock of installers and windows decended on our jome and old wimdows were flying out and new ones in, and by the end of the day most windows were done, only the sliding glass doors, the custom eork and the back door were left and took 5 more days to complete. We really enjoyed the craftsmem who were doing these jobs, they were so talented and worked hard every day. We were so glad to tackle this kitchen wimdow becaise the demo showed the old structure to be rotted. The skill and expertise of these men that worked on creating a whole new design is much appreciated, and the whole house is so much more comfortable with these new timted and heat resistamt windows. Quieter too. The company was respmaive to any concerns amd communication was very good throughout the job.

"We just had our sliders and windows replaced. It took two days start to finish and these guys did a fantastic job. It cost a lot less than what was expected. Their prices are very reasonable. The demo and installation was a seamless process as they progressed along. What I can really appreciate was the level of detail that was put into all phases of the process, reverification of the dimensions of each window before removal, ensuring proper alignment prior to securing the windows and sliders in place. The level of care that was taken for cleanliness was such you wouldn't know that they had been there if it wasn't for the new windows and sliders. These guys did not take any short cuts at any point or time. Everyone in the crews was very polite, extremely professional and very pleasant. It was really nice to see so many people take such pride in their work. I want to personally thank, Gilbert, Alec, Steven, Miguel C., Abel, Anthony and Paul for doing such a great job.
