    My husband and I are thrilled with our new backyard! From the beginning Andrew understood our needs and worked on a design that would give us more usable space for our family gatherings. Andrew is jus wonderful to work with! He is attentive to your needs and concerns and has an incredible vision for hardscape design and landscape. Once the design was done, they had to demolish existing cement and level our whole backyard to have more usable space. They installed pavers, lighting, gas lines for our fire pit and grill and landscape. It all came together even better than we ever imagined! The whole team was led by our project manager, Alvaro, who is a pleasure to work with. Every worker that was brought in was professional, punctual, and tidied up before they left for the day. Alvaro was always responsive and accommodating with the changes that we thought needed to be done along the way and still the project was completed on time and within the budget. We wish we could give more than 5 stars and cannot recommend this company enough! Hiring California Smartscape was the best decision we could have made and one we will enjoy for many years to come!

    Excellent! We extended 2 areas on each side of our pool to make it more usable for lounge chairs on one side and a table with 6 chairs on the other. I can highly recommend Kent Horner and his company for many reasons. They started the work quickly, showed up daily and on time until it was completed, had a large crew and fixed any issues that we had due to moving sprinklers and lights. Kent used a large excavator to level the areas himself over 3 days. When this part was done, the crew took away the grass and dirt and disposed it, prepped the areas and put in the retaining walls, pavers and drains. I really appreciated that Kent showed up every day to check on the progress and address any concerns. He said the job was priced a bit low because there was so much compacted hard soil. He didn’t try to up the price, he did the work for the price he quoted. Thank you so much Kent and CH Gardens for the wonderful job! It’s awesome

    I wish I could rate Install-It Direct with 1000 stars! I had a full front yard and driveway demo and re-build project (pavers, turf, rock, hardscape, landscape) which seemed daunting to me at first. Mostly, because I couldn’t picture what I wanted. From the start of the project design and estimate, to follow up, demo, and install – every step of the way was professional. Thomas, Frank, Nicolas and the entire crew were exceptional. Thomas’ design work was amazing, Frank’s project oversight totally on point, and Nicolas and the crew were professional, skilled, and did phenomenal work. I felt like I was part of the team the way everyone communicated with me. Everyone that supported this project was fantastic and the design and workmanship is perfect. My front yard exceeded my expectations in every way

    What a transformation –- a gorgeous patio surrounding our pool, and elegant walkways around the house -- all thanks to the people of Install-It-Direct -- a team dedicated to our project from the first consultation to the last installation. Dennis Caldwell and Aaron Dishon lead the team. Dennis was key to formulating the design. He discussed with us various scenarios, and made excellent suggestions. Chiefly among them was extending the patio to include walkways around three sides of the house which connected all paved areas, giving it a unified, smooth, and seamless look, and adding an improved drainage system. Aaron did superlative work in coordinating all aspects of the project, which included the demolition of the old concrete and brick patio and installation of the drainage system and the pavers. He was always available for questions and concerns, and that continued even after the project was finished. The installation crew was led by Antonio Sanchez. He and his team, Leandro and Roberto, were outstanding. They demolished the old and built the new on schedule, including extra items necessary to complete the design. Their work is simply beautiful. The entire team are professional and knowledgeable. They kept to the timeline, the cost was fair, and above all, they made us their priority. We would not hesitate to hire Install-It-Direct again

    Luis Vela and his crew did a fantastic job. Professional, punctual, polite, kept job site clean, fair pricing, extremely hard working. Luis checked in frequently, to be sure we were satisfied as the work progressed. Especially appreciated that he was true to his word, and did not try to upsell unnecessary services. They built a beautiful, low retaining wall, carefully planted a steep hill, cleaned weeds, revived an irrigation system, and corrected the disaster of a job left behind by a previous contractor.     Cale Abramson and his team outperformed themself. First, I would like to say that I had no connections with friends who work in the turf industry. I received 5 quotes and drilled each company with learning opportunities and questions. Cale was patient and knowledgeable about all of them. Cale never attempted to sale to me but also told it straight even if it wasn't financially what a person would want to hear. Cale informed me of the whole process and even sold me a less premium turf for the benefit of the purpose it was going be used for. The morning of, Cale came out and walked the property with me and his crew so we were all included on my desires... and then his team went to work and worked hard. The project was only roughly a 900 square foot area but his team worked 2 days prepping the lot and perfecting the project. His team removed and disposed the current dirt, terminated existing irrigation, and then graded and compacted the lot with their own base. I have multiple kids and was planing to build a playground on the turf so Home Turf was able to accommodate my desire for fall pads to also be placed in a certain area. Home Turf also created a clean edge using pressure treated wood (my choice) to the turf which help separated the turf from the other parts of my yard. Home Turf's estimate was the most detailed and professional with itemization of products, multiple financing options, background information on the company and previous jobs performed, and one of the best warranty in the business. I will recommend Cale and his team at Home Turf to everyone who is interest in turf. I am confident that they will take care of you, just like they did for me

    Jordan and his team were not only professional, timely and qualified, they cared. For the start, we knew that Jordan would be who we would work with, he showed up on time after confirming he would be there, he had our estimate the next day and he stayed in constant communication. When the work started, he communicated what was happening, and took pictures often (I'm out of state). His team was on time and cleaned up after long days of work! And the work itself is beautiful, beyond our expectations. Not only does Jordan see what needs to be done, he goes the extra mile and widens his view to make sure the project fits with the rest of the house without scope creep! We definitely wanted pavers for our patio area, and we liked the fact that Intergrity Pavers and Turf specialized in paver construction services. Plus we liked the fact that they were local. Working with Integrity's project manager/estimator Alex Molina was awesome. Alex is a very professional young man and managed the process well. He was very attentive and a straight shooter about things. Also, we did not require additional work orders on our project which was a blessing! The team that completed the work was efficient and thorough, and did a great job on schedule. I would recommend that you give Integrity Pavers and Turf a really good look.     We chose River Rock because of their willingness to price out the job before we committed to a contract. They were willing to write in terms to make sure I was satisfied that the job would be completed on time and within the quoted price. We did end up having to make a couple of minor changes to the plan because of odd city regulations, but other than we knew the cost of every item and knew how much our changes would add or take away from the total price. Our project manager kept us up to date on the process and we didn't not have to manage the workers. We worked with the project manager to come up with a design we would love. While, I gave him an initial idea, he spent a lot of time with us making sure it was right; i.e planning the layout of the design in a visual program, making sure pillars weren't in the way of views, helping choose durable products, and giving us previous project ideas.We are so pleased with the end results and everyone comments on how beautiful and function our back yard is! When you are hiring a company, don't be fooled by premium landscape design companies who can't tell you what you will get for the price they are quoting. You will end up with nothing. Make sure your landscape designer does not subcontract out the work, but hires in house. Make sure that there is a guarantee in the contract of when the project will be completed and on budget. Make sure the company has insurance. Make sure your landscapers guarantee their labor and products longer than 1 year When you have a project, consider River Rock. They exceed all these requirements and really care about the project and the customer

    I started looking for a landscaper a couple month ago for my house which had a basic yard and not much else. I wasn’t too sure where to start. I was lucky to find Richard and Clear Water Landscapes. I started out by getting a relatively small job - outdoor drain - bid. I got it bid by several companies. Richard seems the most honest and upfront about the cost and materials used for the drain. The small project went great so I had Richard bid my full front yard and boy is it turning out great. It’s not even 100 percent finished yet and I am getting so many compliments on the yard from the layout to the lighting! I feel the price was really fair for the services and materials offered. You definitely get what you pay for with Clear Water Landscapes! Again, the pictures show the work which look amazing. I will post more pictures once it’s 100 percent finished
