"This occurred on the Friday preceding Christmas week, with family expected. Other contractors were unavailable until the following Monday. Mr. Jaime came out early that same afternoon, however, quickly disagnosed the problem, and explained what he was doing throughout the procedure, in which he replaced the outlet and did some modernizing of the outlet's wiring.. I was very impressed with his skill, his availability, and his pricing. I would definitely hire again when the need arises.

"It couldn’t have gone better. I had 2 workers take a crack at it but they couldn’t get the job done. Shon spent his own time researching what needs to be done and brought a literal wagon of tools. This shows he was prepared to deal with any surprises. He showed up on time, he’s extremely professional, and well spoken. Against the backdrop of a few amateurs, a professional like Shon shined especially bright. It’s worth mentioning he cares about quality and aesthetics. He spent extra time to make sure the weather proofing pad on the lock was lined up nicely even though he could’ve left it semi askew. I was reminded of a Steve Jobs principle that things should be beautiful not only on the outside but inside and what can’t be seen. They won’t see it but you’ll know. "I penciled two circles of the appropriate diameter on my ceiling where I needed electrical boxes installed and drilled pilot holes in the center of each, and explained to the electricians that the boxes needed to be placed exactly there. When I checked their progress early on, I found that they had installed both boxes in the wrong spots, with no reason why and without telling me. They corrected their mistake, but I am unhappy that I paid for their service by the hour while they made the mistake, then again to correct it.
