    The vendor is very responsive and professional. We asked them to fast track our project and they were very accommodating. The owner Mr. Hartshell support a very noble cause and we were impressed by that as well. Hannah in the office is so nice. The crew came in on time and were professional and they did an amazing job.     David has an excellent helper, Eric. They are a very good team, efficient, the work that has been done was stripping off wallpaper then painting over where the wallpaper was on, and painting some walls in the house. They also stripped off rugs, they took out carpeting efficiently and disposed off it as well

    Mr. Mark is a second generation master painter and the quality of his work is a testament to his expertise. Mr. Mark, his brother Nick, and co-worker Eric are three young men with "old school" work ethics. Arrive early, stay late, quality work at a reasonable price. Neat, respectful of the furniture, attentive to the reasonable request of the customer, and clean the area after the job. This is an old house (built 1935) and it required someone who knew about plaster, crown molding, cracks in the ceiling, etc. Mr. Mark handled it all with aplomb and professionalism. Highly recommended

    We bought our home just prior to the lockdown in 2020. The home had not been painted in 15 years and was in desperate need. We have high ceilings, 20 wood cased windows, many closets, and massive amounts of decorative woodwork and built-ins that had to be painted. There was a lot of repair work and prep that needed to be done. We chose custom paint colors, with Ernie’s help. The finished product was, and two years later, still is absolutely gorgeous. But I really want to talk about Ernie and his crew - all professional and talented painters. When the job started, there was a crew of 5 - and then a week into the job the lockdown began. The house was empty, so they were able to break the house into zones and continued painting, but 2 of the crew had to drop out because of COVID concerns. At the end of the second week, painting was declared “non-essential” which put Ernie and us in a difficult position. The third week there was one painter to finish the job - he took cabinet doors home with him and set up a spray tent and finished them at night after painting all day at the house. Ernie and his crew went above and beyond to complete our job so we could move in…it was a very challenging time! Ernie was fantastic at following up with us, and true to his word came back to our house when the lockdown ended to walk around and look at the work. Together we identified areas that needed touch-up and he sent a painter who spent a day at our house making sure everything was perfect. These painters showed up on time, worked all day, and totally cleaned up after themselves. They were a pleasure to work with, and Ernie provided excellent insight as we made decisions about colors and layout of spaces. I would use CertaPro and Ernie again and highly recommend them as painting contractors
