"I was not told in beginning that it woul be 9 weeks before work could begin. I would have looked for another company but that would require a new city permit. Soon after fence was completed a motorist damaged it. I got a bid from Abbey but the adjuster missed seeing a cracked post. When I sent a picture of the crack no one got back with me so I went with another company for repair.

"We had our initial consult 9/13/18, our work was not started until March and finally finished on Thursday March 21st. We were initially promised our deck would be completed in December or early January. Certainly bad weather in January and February contributed some to the delay but weather was good all of December. Only other hitch was on our first day of construction, the work team left our water pipes to our kitchen faucet completely uncovered and open to air, as well as our basement rim joist openings, on a night when freezing temperatures were expected. They did come back that evening after our call and covered everything appropriately but a little scary at the time. Overall, we are very happy with the finished product and can only say the time frame is ultimately the only thing we ended up unhappy with was the timing to complete the job. We took advantage of a 20% discount coupon on Angie's List, which saved us enough on the deck to complete the water management system.

"Cannot say enough positive things about Easter Fence and Deck. They just completed a deck replacement a few weeks ago and my wife and I could not be happier with the end product. Even with inclement weather they were able to complete the project in about 3 weeks which included demo of existing deck and total rebuild. The crew were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed each step along the way. I was also taken aback at how clean the left the work site each evening. Would recommend them highly to anyone considering a deck replacement and will definitely use them again for any future renovations.

"Robert came out the same day our plumber called him (on a Sunday afternoon). He checked all around the area to find exactly where there was dampness, then lifted the carpet and cut out the wet pad. He set up fans and dehumidifiers and sprayed to stop mold from growing in the dampness. He was prompt and professional, and we appreciated his willingness to come out at a moment's notice.
