We were equally impressed with the amazing job Armando and Mark did to build a brand new, larger screen porch. It is absolutely beautiful and we love it. We also had Sam from ProBuilt build a small shed for the pool equipment. He designed the entire shed himself with some very unique features that we did not have with our old shed. "We had another great experience with Brittivia, this time replacing two decks as well as old, rotted trim all around the house and windows. John also coordinated with painters, an electrician, a plumber, and a gutter company to finish all aspects of the exterior repairs. As before, what really stood out was the professionalism and communication, from beginning to end. John helped gauge what was necessary and what didn't need to be done, and always kept us informed of the schedule. They always showed up when they said they would, and any questions or concerns were promptly and courteously addressed. At the end, the initial quote was adjusted to credit us for a few items that didn't need to be done after all. Throughout, it was apparent that John strives to provide quality work, professionally done, and to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied. "It was a very professional experience from start to finish. It was a relatively big project. The team members were great: Corey on sales and drawings, Al as project supervisor, Joey and Gary as the main team builders throughout the project. All a great group. We were very pleased with the outcome. They were really flexible and picked up some no cost adds (matching and locating siding that ended up needing to be replaced due the old deck install, adding a swing set to the demo, etc.). Project photos are in the deck gallery on their website. This work was done from September-December 2017. Right as it ended we had a major family medical issue to respond to, so that's why our review was delayed posting. Would definitely have them back for a future project.
