"Working with Rex was great. &nbsp;In addition to being a roofer, he is also an insurance adjuster, so he knows how to talk to your insurance adjuster during the claim process. &nbsp;Rex was there during the adjuster's inspection of our hail-damaged roof and yard. &nbsp;Rex was able to help us claim many personal effects that were damaged during the storm--items I wouldn't have thought to claim. <br /> Rex came across as honest and down-to-earth at a time when a lot of roofers were making their rounds in our neighborhood after a big storm. &nbsp;Many of the other roofers seemed a bit too slick. &nbsp;Rex , on the other hand, seemed like a regular fellow who wasn't promising me the moon. &nbsp;Rex did a walk through of my property and examined my roof. &nbsp;He told me exactly what was going to happen when the adjuster came out, the usual time frame for getting a check, and what would and wouldn't be covered. <br /> Rex kept in touch with me via phone and email throughout the entire process. &nbsp;He was very courteous and thoughtful. &nbsp;He worked with my schedule when it came to the repairs. <br /> Rex's crew arrived on a Saturday morning, and they finished by Saturday evening. &nbsp;They were meticulous with the cleanup and the install. &nbsp;They even swept my porch and sidewalk afterwards. &nbsp;Rex was on-site during the entire install, which made me feel even better about the job. <br /> The roof looks great. &nbsp;I am very pleased. &nbsp;I highly recommend American Roof Consultant. &nbsp;If you want a down-to-earth, honest, genuine roofer who is committed to doing a high-quality job, this is the one for you. <br />

"The job went fine, however, the salesman who came out to review the job with me did not come out to supervise his crew. He expected me to tell his crew what to do. In addition, his crew did a poor quality job with the most critical part of the fascia. The fascia at the roof corner (which had been damaged by water) should have been put together perfectly with a 45 degree angle and it was not.
