"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!

"The guy that came out, his name was Tommy. He's the one that fixed the furnace. We had another company come three times trying to fix that furnace this winter, and it was not fixed. He stood in front of the furnace for a few minutes and knew what was needed to fix it. He put it in and it has worked perfectly ever since. We had gotten something in the mail from Summers and we'd seen their trucks around. They have very nice looking trucks. He walked in, he listened, and he fixed it. You couldn't ask for any more. We use them for our furnace and for our air conditioning.

"Most affordable and best equipment hands down!!! I got 6 quotes on a 3.5 ton and matching furnace. The Rheem 2 stage furnace and 16 seer ac I’m getting was less expensive than what others wanted to charge for a 1 stage furnace and 13 seer system!!! Also got a 4 inch filter which half the guys I talked to didn’t mention. One of the other company’s when I asked about a 4 inch filter told me that came with a more expensive furnace. Call these guys before you buy. PS I may have heard (not from this company) that these guys actually did the work on “Angie’s�? house here in Indy ;)

"Brian and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable. Brian came out for the initial inspection of the unit and said it was completely out of Freon. The price he quoted me was hundreds of dollars cheaper than another company that I also asked for the same issue. He did not try to push or rush me into things and encouraged me to take my time. I scheduled a leak find, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the tech could not come out that day. Brian kept me up to date and let me know when Brandon would be able to come out. When he did, he was here a couple of hours and found a very small leak. He quoted me a price to replace the part, but said it should last all summer before running out, again giving me time to think about it. I feel like most companies would push you to buy their product now or sign up for more than you need, but GranDude's wants what is best for you. I will probably save up and call them back to have the piece replaced because we have been very happy with the service rendered so far.
