We were kept fully informed as the start of the project was delayed several times due to unseasonable rain and then as the project advanced. Without exception, the workers were cheerful and professional. They went above and beyond the necessary to make sure that the roof fulfills the ?Energy-Star? conditions that we stipulated."

"Let me first say that we have had a lot of remodeling and repairs done to this old house over the last 7 years and Lovett and Lovett was by far the best to work with! Jordon Lovett showed up right at the scheduled time for the initial estimate. His was the 3rd estimate I received for this job, although he was not the cheapest his estimate was also not the most expensive. But upon meeting him I immediately felt he was someone I could trust. We exchanged a few emails, which he responded to very quickly, he answered all my questions before the job got started. When his team arrived they were on time, very professional and friendly, kept our yard clean, and finished the roof in 2 days. If anyone needs any roofing work done I would highly recommend them."

"The owner came out to bid the service. He was very informative and was not in a rush as we had experienced other companies when they came out. The estimate was sent over e-mail and communication was always professional. He called us a few days after we faxed the signed contract to schedule. He (and other workers) came out when he said he would to do the work and it was done w/in 2 days. There was additional damage that required additional work beyond what was in the estimate and he notified us promptly during the first day. He gave us a 1 year warranty for the repair. The only thing that we should have done but we didn't was to ask for the rate for the work to any additional damage found above the estimate. We were a little surprised, but overall pleased. So far so good."

"Received quotes from three firms; Ideal roofing was 15% lower than the others. Signed a contract and selected agreed upon start date. Paid 50% on roof & gutter tear down which took one day, New 4'x8' sheathing was completed on 2nd day. Re-Roofing with new sheet metal completed on 3rd & 4th day. New gutters installed on day 6. Day 5 was raining no work. Paid final 50% upon completion. Professional quality work with roof debris picked up each day. Well planned out job from start to finish. Every item on the quote was honored for the quoted price. One of the best contractors I have used. Highly recommended to others."

"The time of this roof work was scheduled during the winter which is our rainy season. The weather forecast was quite unreliable which made the scheduling very tricky. Because of the arrival of a storm we had to re-schedule the roof tear off last minute. This rescheduling caused Custom copper some financial hardship and they required a re-imbursement of $500 on account of the last minute schedule change. This amount was included in the price paid shown above. After the tear off things went reasonably well. The carpenters finished their work quickly and it was ready to cover up on Friday the 18th. Custom Copper did the roof work on Monday the 21st and finished the job on Tuesday the 22nd. They did an excellent job and performed some additional work and made some improvement of the roof. This was outside of their scope of work but they did it anyway at no charge to me."

"Steve Pustelnik came to my house to discuss what I wanted (Composition Vs. Metal Vs. Concrete Tile) and to take measurements to provide me with free estimates for each type of roof. Steve, was very professional, very patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained the pros and cons of each type of roof material, and he spent much time explaining to me exactly what is put on the roof beneath the final product (i.e. What is under the composition shingles, or what is under the metal roof that we don't see when we drive by someone's house). My 2 brothers and my parents had all used Westshore roofing to re-roof their houses, and all were extremely happy with them, which is why I contacted them for my roofing needs. In the end, I chose a different roofer (recommended by neighbors and close friends) ONLY because the other roofer had an antenna installer they work with regularly who would remove an antenna I have on my roof and re-install it by strapping it to our chimney. I could have contacted an antenna installer myself and had the antenna work done, and then used Westshore Roofing to do my roof, but it will require less of my time to use the roofer who is going to get the antenna work scheduled and coordinated without my having to do it. I would urge everyone who is going to re-roof their house to consider Westshore for 2 reasons: 1) I know they do excellent work based on the fact they did 3 homes for other members of my family, and 2) they are one of only a few roofers who install metal roofs. I was skeptical I'd like the look of a metal roof, but they are actually quite nice-looking. You would never know they are metal! They actually look a lot like concrete tile roofs and are significantly more attractive than most composition roofs."

"Entire project was quoted, agreed to, started and completed in a professional & timely manner! Progress was overseen by myself along with their foreman; also the foreman took photos of the entire project and gave me a copy for my files. Site was left clean when project was completed."
