"This was a very large project involving both inside and outside painting, along with some repair to surface damage in some areas being painted. The result was beautiful! We started with an old, sad, tired house and the result is bright new and meets the highest standards! The painter paid attention to details, caught little things we had not even noticed and brought them to our attention. In addition to the very high quality of his work, he was highly professional and a pleasure to work with. It is a relief to work with someone who really understands the materials he is working with and what roles they play in different environments, relative to how they react to sunlight exposure or placement on different surfaces, who can offer advice on how different materials will fare when constantly bombarded with sunlight rather than placed in the shade, who can explain the long term differences we will see with stains versus paints on particular kinds of surfaces. In the end, we were left with a beautiful home and an impeccably clean work area, with every detail attended to. We could not be happier. We would highly recommend Franco5 Painting (and this is the first painter to get this kind of review from me!).

"Luis Jr and his assistant provided exemplary customer service and proved to be extremely detail oriented. The finished product was positively clean and sharp and no messes of any kind left behind. Items moved to more easily access the eaves and fascia of our roof were returned to their places, and there were no paint spills or trash remaining once the job was completed. Painting preparation prevented any splatters on the windows, doors, or red brick of the home. Once the estimate was received work began within a day and the job completed in three days.
