    The particular faucet used a proprietary drain system - if I had any other style of faucet put in, it would have cost an extra $700 in labor. Erik instructed me to buy a replacement version of the same style of faucet - and I saved all of that money. This is why Plumbright is the best! They are honest, punctual, professional and they help me get the job done right for my tenants. Can't recommend them enough

    Jack has done plumbing work for us several times in the past, including installing a hot water heater a couple of years ago. When the relief valve started dripping recently, he came out on short notice on his day off to make a first attempt at fixing the problem. When it started dripping again a few days later, he came by on Sunday morning to replace the valve and turn off our hot water (just to be safe) before we went on vacation. Then he returned when we got home the following Saturday evening to turn the hot water back on. There was no charge for any of the three trips. He's been great to work with and very informative.
