  We worked with Elite on a kitchen remodel and a three-season room addition during 2020 and have been completely happy with the results. From estimate to completion, Robert and his company were great. He was one of the few contractors we spoke with early in the process who was willing to draw up some ideas up front and price them out…the rest were unwilling to do so until we put a sizeable payment down. Everyone, from Robert to the project managers to the carpenters, was willing to listen to our ideas and our needs and helped make them happen. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal. We truly have a kitchen that is customized to what we want. Steve and Rodney were the carpenters in charge of the kitchen, and they were great! They were friendly, clean, courteous and always happy to talk through the project, their progress and any issues they encountered. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, their No. 1 concern was making things right so that we were happy. Mike and Brian handled our three-season room addition, and they were great, doing everything from demo to framing to flooring to finishing. They were always willing to listen to our ideas and make any minor adjustments on the fly. We are extremely happy with their work and the added living space we now have! As with any significant remodeling project, there were unexpected surprises and delays, but these issues were always dealt with in a timely, transparent manner, either by Robert himself, the project managers or the carpenters. We firmly believe in getting what you pay for, and Elite certainly isn’t the cheapest remodeling company out there, nor were they the most expensive. But what you’re paying for – and getting with them – is quality materials, quality work and value. We would highly recommend them for any project

  Elite did an outstanding job! Elite is a 5 stars company, and we cannot be more impressed with their craftsmanship, design, and professional expertise. Robert Harmon, owner, leads a hardworking and talented team. Robert and Tom provided the beautiful designs for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Dave, Ryan, and Brian led our entire project from start to finish. They guided us through all the different options for designs and took our ideas into account. We spoke with other contractors, but Elite provided the best design, price, and process. They removed one wall and created a beautiful open concept kitchen and dining area adding new lighting, new flooring, interior doors, and painting walls and trim. Elite was so client-centered, communicated thoroughly every day, provided project updates, worked efficiently and completed our project on time. It’s been about a month since completion. We love to cook in our new kitchen, especially our teens who cook almost every day! We are so happy to have worked with Elite and will hire them for future projects.   It was awesome. Palmer Staff went above and beyond what was expected. The owners answered our questions, made suggestions and the work was excellent. One of us is handicapped and they gutted the powder room except for the toilet and worked around it, so we would not have to use the one upstairs. Their suggestions actually saved us money. They were considerably lower in cost compared to other companies. We are thrilled with the completed job! Owners and staff were very professionsl and caring. Highly recommended

  As soon as I expressed interest in Davy Painting, I received a call from Davy himself explaining to me what I should look for in a painter, the best paints to use, and how not to be taken advantage of by other freelancers. As a first-time home buyer, I have zero experience in this area and appreciated the candid advice. I was contacted for an in-person quote from Davy’s partner Jim, and after having another equally-priced quote from a competitor, it was Jim’s honest demeanor that won me over. However, the home’s closing date was delayed and so were Jim’s services. The best part was that he never forgot about us and would call every few weeks to check in. Three months later the house finally closed and when Jim called I was happy to have him get started. Jim painted almost every room in the house, with the exception of closets (only because I didn’t request it). He lent me his knowledge of drywall and other construction experience during painting, pointing out areas in the home that would need future repair or touch-ups. When we did our final walkthroughs, Jim encouraged me to be open about my concerns and areas that I thought needed retouching or another coat. Even after he left, he made it very clear that if I happened to find a drastic area that was overlooked, he would come out and fix it. I am very pleased with the end result, and would definitely seek out his services again should I need them

  I had interior painting work done on a few room in my house ( living room and two bedrooms ) Richard came out to give me an estimate and was very professional. Arrived on time and was there everyday we had work scheduled. He even helped me decide what I should do about some stains I had on the ceiling in my living room from an old water leak. I have a few handy man projects around the house I need help with and have already decided I’ll be using OCS construction again

  Everett did an amazing job. He came very quickly as I was in a time crunch. He did the job that was asked of him and even did other things to help me out. He replaced light bulbs and a big Crack in the wall. He made sure everything was perfect. I have already hired him again.
