Maia's CleaningI had an incredible experience with Maia's cleaning. I live in a 4 room apt in New Haven that hasn't been deeply cleaned in a long time. Dalila and her team went above and beyond what I asked for. A lot of dust has accumulated in certain neglected areas of the place. They got to all of them. They cleaned every surface in the apartment, rearranged items in a neat and organized way that made total sense. My apartment feels like new and it's such a weight off my back. ErikasBestCleaningErika came to my rescue when I needed a deep cleaning done of my handicapped brother’s apartment. She took everything out of cupboards and cabinets and thoroughly cleaned. She moved all the furniture and the fridge to get to every corner. She had me buy a bunch of small and medium baskets and organized everything before putting items back in cupboards and closets making it easier for my brother to find food, spices and his medical supplies. She took extra time explaining and showing him where everything was placed. She even helped him sort thru clothes and separated out what needed to be laundered. Erika did a great job deep cleaning but she is also extraordinarily kind, caring and patient. She will now clean my brother’s apartment every week. I feel an enormous weight has been lifted knowing she will be there keeping his apartment clean and organized and letting me know if anything is needed. I would highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a house cleaning service. You will get your home thoroughly cleaned by someone who genuinely cares about the service she is providing.- Connie K.

Sparkling Cleaning Services LLCThe lady who arrived to do a deep cleaning for my bathroom; did an amazing job! I’m definitely hiring for more services to be completed in the near future. I highly recommend, please always get clarification in regards to hours and cost prior to hiring. Apparently, it’s a 3hr at minimum ($50 per hour) so, if the person cleaning your selected location takes less than 3hrs it’s expected of the customer to pay for 3hrs ($150) this wasn’t communicated to me. However, because I was 100% pleased by the services provided I will be hiring for more services again.- Charlene S.

SCAM! They take your money and then cancel their phone line. After charging my credit card and arranging a time, I received a text 20 minutes before the appointment saying it was cancelled due to a "pro call off", whatever that means. When I tried to respond to reschedule, the number is no longer in service. When I tried to email asking for a refund, they refused to refund my credit card because their fine print says I can't reschedule withing 24 hrs of the appointment...even though THEY were the ones that cancelled it. I've emailed twice for a refund with no result. I'm now contacting the state's consumer fraud hotline.

Bruce did an excellent job of washing our windows - inside & out! Bruce promptly answered my emails and returned calls. When he knew he would be a bit late to our house, he called me to let me know when he would arrive. We live in a very old house and have very large windows - not a simple task for one person to clean. Our windows have never looked so clean.
