Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too. Jaime ordered the parts and came back the next day to install everything. He kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival, arrived when promised and installed all the new components in two hours. He even stayed after to help me set up the phone app that allows the garage door to open or close remotely. I am very happy with the quality of Jaime’s work and the system that he installed. A bonus is that with the new rollers he installed, the door is much quieter when opening or closing. I would definitely recommend Jaime and Infinity Garage doors and would not hesitate to use them again

"I wanted a quiet garage door opener that didn't vibrate the floor above it when in use. I did a little research about quiet, belt-drive openers before calling. Prestige was great. "Superior Garage Door of Riverside lived up to their "superior" name. I called a number of times when planning the job, and Tisha answered the phone each and every time. Scott came out and nailed it. Perfect job at the lowest quoted price. Experience pays off! He was able to get into my broken-lock garage (with no other access) efficiently and without causing any damage. The repair was done with recycled cables from a door he had removed the evening before, so he saved me a bit on parts. Even if he wasn't able to get in with his first shot, he had a solution that was reasonable in price and scope. Great work, zero gouging - would definitely hire again.
