"It went well...I thought the price was high. There was an $80.00 charge for coming out on Sunday. I was told that the $80 would be added to the cost if I used the company for service. That was not the case. Did not find this out until after the service. I would have waited until Monday to get the servivce.

"Rodney was one of the most confident and knowledgeable AC technicians I have met. He was professional and reliable. We had another technician come before and he spent several hours unsuccessfully trying to troubleshoot our unit and did not find the problem. I described the problem to Rodney on the phone and he pretty much had it figured out. It took him less than 1 hour to find the problem which was a defective circuit board.
