"They were the lowest bid of four contractors. They also offered State water heaters. The State WH they were replacing had serviced me and my family for 40 years and 2 months. They worked with me on getting the upgraded State WH I desired. hey projected 4 hours to complete the job. They were in and out in 2-hours and 15 minutes. Not one drop of water spilled on hardwood floors as the old heater, which could not be completely drained before the removal was taken through the house. Outstanding customer service and plumbers that did the job. We plan to have them become our HVAC maintenance contract after our current contract concludes. I was referred to Nugent by another satisfied customer. I am fully satisfied and they are firm located in Northern Virginia.

"[UPDATE] After intervention by the owner to address some early problems, I have significantly upgraded my view of Brennan's. I would definitely reach out to them for future HVAC needs. It took a number of visits for Brennan's fully resolve an issue with our furnace. Although I wish they had done a little more diagnostic work early on, I appreciate that these systems are complicated and that they were trying the cheapest solutions first. A customer service issue prompted the owner to get involved. He was extremely helpful and our furnace was quickly fixed.

"Although the AC unit was working, it was leaking water. I had another company come in and tell me that the main drain pan was cracked and that it would cost $2880 to repair or I could buy a new unit costing over $8500 dollars. I called Relax Air for a second opinion. Kamal and his crew came out the next day and confirmed that the drain pan was cracked and leaking. His repair cost? $400. I also had him do two other HVAC related jobs while he was there (replacing AC disconnect box and installing a water float switch]. They had everything done in and hour and a half. Total cost: $675. "I closed the deal with Julian on late Tuesday night and the team was able to do the installation the next morning! Jesse gave me the details on the team as the ink was drying. They arrived on time first thing in the morning. Dan, Cal and Greg were a great team that stayed active all day. Seriously over 12 hours! They installed a new Hot water heater and an 18 Seer Lennox Heat Pump with Honeywell Humidifier and Honeywell Home Thermostats. My 17 year old system was tightly packed into the basement. I think the basement was built around it. They replaced everything...ducts, hoses, fuses boxes, wires and pipes. Everything was insulated and finally brought to code with new sensors and alarms. After working all day, they ended the evening cleaning up and taking me through the system in great detail. It has only been a couple hours but everything is running great. I talked to several vendors when making my choice. I liked several of them and they dealt with my silly process. Julian was very thorough with his pitch. He told me about the factors that differentiates them from the others. I believe I made a great choice. Merry Christmas!
