    "I called Priority1 to get a second opinion on a water leak in my basement, which was causing considerable damage, not to mention the lack of water as we had to switch off the mains. I had tried another company, who sent 3 different people to try and diagnose the issue. Priority1 immediately found the source of the leak, and rounded up and dispatched their team early on a Saturday. The team worked through the rain, with lots of digging involved in the driveway and next to the house, so we could have water that day. Two things made me hire them immediately upon meeting with them: (1) their quick diagnosis and explanation of the issue inspired great confidence in their technical abilities; and (2) they went out of their way to get a team to fix the issue immediately, so we could continue to have water. I must also mention that they fixed the work seamlessly, and left the site and house as pristine as it can get after major excavation, and work through drywall."

    "It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room.
