"We hired Mike and his team to replace old, wood deck boards with composite boards, replace the screen around the enclosed portion of my deck, and paint the wood pickets on top of my front portico. They even sealed boards I did not get to, and that was not part of our contract. They went above and beyond, and the work they did was excellent. We are very happy with the finished product, and it all looks great. They do not leave any mess afterward either. It is good to work at a fair price. And Mike is very easy to work and communicate with, responding to all my texts and answering all my questions. Just be sure to go over the work completely, and have them finish any punch-out list before you hand over the final payment. I did have a couple of minor issues I found after the fact, and while Mike said he would come back to take care of them, he has yet to do so. It appears I will have to take care of them myself, but considering that he was thousands less than all the other estimates, this is a minor inconvenience. "

I had talked to four other companies outside HomeAdvisor, and it was difficult to find someone with expertise to do this. When AJ came, he quickly assessed what needed to be done, gave me a reasonable price for the work and completed it in a timely manner.
