The movie is all about four friends played by Jayaram, Biju Menon, Kunchakko Boban and Manoj K. Jayan, who decide to get back to their studies, after a gap of 12 years. The four had to discontinue their studies following a tragedy that happened amidst a college festival and Jayaram was then sentenced to a jail term for twelve years. Now back from Jail, Jayaram wants to start everything from where they left it and the other three support him by taking a break from their jobs and join the college for Masters degree in Philosophy. But little did they surmise that their new college life was an attempt to unravel something that laid mysteriously beneath, for long.

Ram (Vijay Sethupathi), a travel photographer decides to visit his native place Thanjavur. He visits the school in which he had studied in, which has loads of memories associated with it. Son of Manjeet Singh

An undefined relationship between father and son, of love and dreams. Manjeet Singh, being a single parent, works hard to raise his two teenage children, Jaiveer and Simran. He wants his son to graduate and become an investment banker, but Jaiveer isn't interested in studies. He rather wants to follow his passion and become a good cricketer. While Jaiveer fails in most of the subjects, his cricket coach, is in all praise of his skills. As Jaiveer is poor in studies, the principal asks his father to take him out of cricket coaching. His father does the same and makes him go to a series of tuition classes. Despite that, Jaiveer fails miserably in studies, which makes his father angry and he ends up beating him up. This is where the story takes a turn and his father starts supporting him and lets him follow his passion.

Fuffad Ji is a story of a family, revolving around two brothers-in-law with a social message. One brother-in-law, Arjan is a dictator in the family. Not a single thing happens without his permission. He has taken the responsibility of finding a suitable groom for his niece, Paali. But one day, Arjan's father fixes Paali's marriage with his friend's nephew, Chann and Arjan agrees to his decision without seeing the groom. On the wedding day, Arjan is surprised to know the groom, Chann, is an old rival. Now, Chann, slowly becomes a favorite in the family and they start taking care of him more than Arjan. This upsets Arjan and as they navigate the new dynamics of their relationship in a comedy of errors, both realize that there's more to life than holding grudges.

Set in the 90's, the film revolves around how the forced respect for the son-in-laws of the family serves as an obstacle in the marriage functions and also, their contribution in uniting new love lives.

Double Di Trouble
