"Just today Newhaus Roofing and Construction completed the overhaul and restoration of a section of tile roofing, and we are delighted with every aspect of the experience. To explain… We have a 90-year-old mission style house with original – and hard to obtain – Spanish S-style clay tiles. A complex roofline with different gradients and intersections. We’ve been restoring the roof section by section, and last October, anticipating the storms, we decided to restore the only remaining section. It’s hard to find a roofer with the skills to do this work, so we went to the roofers who’d done well for us earlier. They totally let us down – a survey visit but no quote after a month, and then they told us that they’d need 8 weeks from placing the order to line up materials! Meanwhile we were bailing out water during the storms. So right after Christmas we sent out requests for quote. And that same day, we had a call back from Newhaus to set an appointment the next day!
