We finally remodeled our ‘70s era master bath and it is a stunning difference! A wonderful experience working with these guys from start to finish! We ran into some unexpected issues as you always do with a project this large, but those were the house’s fault. But they worked through them without drama. Tracy, Alan, and their crews were a delight to work work. They were always professional, friendly, and timely. And they gave us the fairest price of anyone else we talked to. Absolutely no downside at all. I would eagerly hire them for any type of job.

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the master bathroom remodel and additional work that we had What’s Next Remodeling perform. We met with 3, Angi “five star rated” contractors about our vision for the project. From the very first meeting, Alan was a pleasure to work with, answering all of our questions and making suggestions to make our vision come to fruition. He put us at ease at the very first meeting and delivered everything that we wanted, he promised…and then some! About half way through the project, we decided that we wanted an additional guest bathroom done and when we went to speak with him about setting up some future date, he was able to get it done during the current engagement time. His crew was FANTASTIC, showing up on time every day, working diligently and answering our questions. They took every precaution to minimize the dust and disruption in our bedroom, and every day before they left, they cleaned up any mess that they made. Any trash that was created from their work was immediately hauled away and one time, they even put my personal trash cans on the curb! Alan was a constant presence onsite. Alan and his crew from What's Next Remodeling did an amazing job on my bathroom! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Alan is fantastic to work with! The job went well and quickly. I was happy with each specialist who came and completely their task. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Tracy was my contact on the job and gave me his cell number, which I used often. He was always available and on top of what I needed. Plus, everyone was so nice! I will definitely use them again.

I chose to keep my existing cabinets and floors, but got new doors and hardware, new countertops and backsplash, removed popcorn from ceiling and took down wallpaper. I had the ceiling and walls textured and painted, as well as the cabinets. The cabinets and drawers look brand new!!! Alan from What’s Next Remodeling oversaw the entire process and was on site every day. His crew did a phenomenal job. I was told it would take 3 weeks, and it took only 2 weeks!!! Highly recommend Alan and his team with What's Next Remodeling! Our bathrooms needed a serious facelift and What's Next delivered. We did a smaller bathroom project and were so impressed went forward with a major master bathroom overall. The team was professional, prompt, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job creating a class spa life bathroom for us with all new flooring, lighting, vanities, a soaking tub and new walk in glass enclosed shower. Alan always wanted to know what they could do to make sure we were totally satisfied and quickly addressed any additions, issues or last minute changes we came up with. Highly recommend this team!

LIFE SAVER! Alan is a blessing. We JUST finished a kitchen & laundry remodel with Alan and his team literally 3 weeks prior to the winter storm hitting in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area (you can see my wife, Kasi's review). Unfortunately, we had multiple pipes burst due to them freezing. Our kitchen and upstairs bathroom flooded & I mean FLOODED. My wife and I felt a panic like we've never felt before. Not sure of who to call, my wife called Alan for a suggestion. Alan showed up within the HOUR to help! I can't tell you how thankful we were to have him. He didn't do it to attract more business. He knew that we were struggling and offered to help. He and his team braved the dangerous roads, came over during their off time and fixed the pipes, dried the floors and cabinets and resealed the walls! We are MILES ahead of the many unfortunate people who had to deal with the weather simply because Alan cares about you and your family. If you don't have a family or all you care about is timing of a project? Great. He is prompt and on the spot when it comes to longevity of projects. We know we're in good hands whenever he steps into our home. HIRE HIM.

Love my bathroom renovation ❤️. Many of us in Coppell have the old 80s bathrooms with the shell sinks and other vintage finishes. Alan and his crew do great work. I am very pleased with how my backyard/outdoor kitchen turned out. He was very helpful with design advice as well. Any time I had a question or concern he always answered the phone, and was available for me. Most importantly he didn’t try to squeeze extra money out of me and I felt like I could trust him. I would definitely use him again.

We love Alan and his crew! The work turned out awesome, and they left everything clean and tidy - once we moved back in after the remodel was complete, it was like we'd never left. It was so nice to come home to. We also have two littles, and Alan made sure that they were a priority when it came to safety. He's quick to respond and was helpful in answering any questions we had. I would recommend What's Next over and over again; we will certainly use Alan again for any future work we need done.

What's Next is the best. About an hour after I posted on Angie's List, Alan was at my home. I showed him all the work that I wanted done (it was extensive - 4 bathrooms (master - removing bathtub and installing a sauna with moving the shower to where the tub is now-so very extensive), kitchen, flooring). The next day I had an estimate. I was amazed at the estimate; Alan remembered everything that I told him about (the estimate was about 10 pages long if that gives you any idea of the amount of work I wanted done). The estimate was broken down by room and then by job such as installing tile on floor, installing tile on shower walls, removing existing plumbing, installing faucets. The kitchen/living area cabinets have been painted - would never know they used to be dark brown (now white). 3 of the bathrooms are done - they are beautiful. We are in the process of installing hardwood flooring in our upstairs - not manufactured hardwood, but actual wood being nailed down and then stained. The 4th bath is going to wait till 2021 - we need a break from the dust :-). All of What's Next workers that were at my home were very polite, extremely hardworking, on time every day (sometimes arriving before 8 AM), and very trustworthy. Alan wants his customers to be thoroughly satisfied with the work done, and will do what it takes to make the customer happy. I made a comment about needing to get the cars washed due to all the dust from cutting tile in our garage, and he offered to get them washed for me! All that being said, I would highly recommend What's Next to anyone looking to do a remodel (especially an extensive one like we had done!).

Alan and team did a fantastic job. All trades were clean and courteous. Tile team was detail oriented. Stone team was a pleasure to work with. Alan and Tracy were transparent and honest about various costs and the process before it even began. Will hire again!!!
