We did run into a couple of issues during the reinstallation of our rooftop deck, but Legends corrected the issues and was committed to ensuring we were happy with the final product. Of the eight roofs I recall them replacing everyone has been happy with their pricing and customer service. Tony is honest, friendly and does quality work. I have a ranch house with a large roof and in the back a small flat roof that was leaking. I have had no problems since Kings replaced roof. It was a large job because they had to remove a wood shingle roof and deck before the new roof could go down. I also chose a wind resistant shingle Level 4 are more expensive. I get a large discount on my house insurance for the wind resistance shingles. The most incredible job he did was my sister-in-law's roof. She has a old town house with a poorly repaired flat roof that continued to leak. Kings had to remove 4 roofs to get to the base and replaced with a beautifully installed flat roof. They repaired so many problems they came across as they were working and did not charge her any extra. She has not had any more leaking.

Quality Tops Roofing Inc
Removed two layers of old roof. Installed new roof, flashing, turbine and vent covers. Additionally, my A/C unit is on the roof by the chimney and was causing a large leak. I had planned to replace the A/C unit so Bruce recommended doing that at the same time. The new roof was installed in a way that allows better drainage around the A/C. Quality Tops and my A/C company worked together and all went smoothly. Bruce inspected the roof after the A/C was installed and sent someone to "touch up" some places around the A/C. Pedro and the crew were excellent. They were courteous, they arrived on time and did a superb job of cleaning up. I am very pleased and would recommend Quality Tops Roofing to friends

I trust Quality Tops Roofing. Recently, another roofer insisted that I needed a new roof, but QTR took a look and said, "No, though a little maintenance would be helpful." Some people will tell you that you really need a new roof any time a few hailstones hit it. A few years ago when it had hailed, QTR took a look and said no, the roof was aging well and had essentially no damage. When they do work, they do it well, and they do NOT try to sell you work you don't need. I can recommend them without reservation.

Had a good experience previously with Bruce and Scott Exteriors, so called for an estimate to replace the garage flat roof, which was sagging and leaking, as well as estimate to cut a section of the roof back where a tree was touching. Bruce came out promptly and gave an estimate for both. We accepted his estimate for the garage roof replacement, but decided to do the cut ourselves, as estimate was higher than I felt reasonable. Severe weather caused a delay in the work schedule, but his crew came out promptly when it resolved and performed the service as promised. His flat-roof guy (I forget his name) seemed very knowledgeable, and explained in detail what they were doing. The work was done in a timely manner, and clean up was done satisfactorily. The gutter was installed nicely, and as I had requested. I only dropped the quality from A->B, since there is still slight pooling on one section of the roof after a rain, but it is not nearly as bad as previously. Bruce personally came out to look at it when I mentioned my issue, but I don't think it's worth re-doing. Will absolutely hire again, and will recommend highly.
