Perfect. He was on time, professional, and repaired it for less than we were expecting. Will call them anytime we need an appliance repaired!!

Refrigerator is cooling like brand new. Old fan motor was 13 yrs. old. Couldn't cool fridge any longer. Grant had great advice to improve cooling inside fridge compartment, prior to service appointment.Thank-you Turn freezer setting to 1 ,refrigerator setting to 4 allowing move air to circulate into refrigerator. This brought refrigerator temp down to normal, until technician could come out for repair.

SCAMMERS! We called them out to repair our fridge and wanted to charge my wife 470.00 They called LG company and said they could do the warranty and would still need to pay the 85.00 service and 100.00 for parts that they couldn't explain. I called LG AND IT WAS 100% covered under warranty parts and labor and Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair was authorized to do the 100% warranty claim. They went From 470.00 down to 200.00 and final was 125.00 They couldn't explain the extra charges! LG will be out tomorrow with a MORE RECOMMENDED company with 100% warranty. Later he called me with threats of suing me for parts and labor at full cost of 1,300.00 for parts I don't have! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Nice guy, Bill. Prompt and courteous. Came when he said he would. I have no complaints, but if I had known it was going to be $300, I might have just gone ahead and gotten a new refrigerator, as we are remodeling. But he showed my husband the part, so I know it's not his fault. Just the nature of fixing things now days. I would definitely call him again.

They are a family owned business and are very customer oriented. We were very pleased and comfortable with the services performed for us. In fact, they came out to assist us (Frig on the blink) at 7:00 pm Friday night when no one else would even call us back! And after figuring out our problem; came back out Saturday morning to fix the problem so we would not be without our frig over the entire weekend!!! Hands down the best vendor we have used from Angie's List!!

I called at 8:30 am he arrived at 10:30am repair was done in less than 30 min for $125. Great deal!

Excellent service, prompt and very courteous. Sent me an email in advance with a link to the technician's bio so I knew exactly who was coming. I gave them a B because the trip charge was higher than others I found when comparison shopping. However, it was TOTALLY worth it. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Glenn Jr. was punctual and professional. I've also used this company before for my dryer and washing machine so I plan on using them again in the future.

Mr. Buxton initially informed me that his day was booked up and all the tech where out on jobs. I informed him that a tenant called about a non-cooling frig and would appreciate any help. He said he would see if one of his techs could work us in. Later, Mr. Buxton personally came out diagnosed the problem, went out and got the parts and repaired the refrigerator. Mr. Buxton demonstrated outstanding customer service!!! I will use him for any of my personal or rental appliance repairs. Thanks:)

They showed up as they said they would. Diagnosed the problem, Quoted a price which I agreed to and then fix the refrigerator. Great people with a sense of pride in what they do. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Chose Glenn Townsend from Angies list based on his excellent reviews , testimonies, and location. My refrigerator was not cooling like it should. I was about ready to shop for a new one as it was 20 yrs old, but someone suggested I at least have a repairman look at it. I am glad I did. I read on Glenns page where the charge to come and look at appliance to see if repairable or not was $35.00. Which I knew was a very reasonable cost to find out whether I needed to buy an new one or not. I called Mr Townsend and he answered my call right then. He was driving and asked me to hold wile he pulled over so he could ask me questions about the refrigerator and write down information. I could tell immediately when he asked the questions he had a lot of knowledge about appliances and repair of. He was able to come within a couple of hours and fortunately was able to repair it. He knew immediately what the problem was and had the part on his vehicle. The motor that runs the fan in the freezer had quit working and ice had built up around and behind the panel that needed to be removed. So he had to get the ice melted first in order to be able to get to the motor. This took some time, but as soon as he got to the motor, he had it removed and a new one replaced in no time. In my opinion he is very knowledgable, efficient, fair , honest and reasonable. I will call him in future if I have a problem with an appliance.

Received a confirmation call that he was on the way. Explained the problem, took the freezer bin out and replaced the thermostat. Cleaned up, put the bin back, paid him, he thanked me and departed.

I buy all my appliances from McNeill's because of their superb customer service. I can't imagine anyone else repairing my appliances. Their honesty and integrity is above reproach.

Worked quickly and repaired problem with water dispenser by replacing part. Willingly discussed other issues and how to fix. Will use again.
