Dallas Gas Stove Repair

I was Very satisfied with their recommendation, the part that they suggested was exactly the part that I needed for my gas stove.

I have used Adam bros since 1986 and will continue to use them because they are reliable and reasonable.

None of the burners on our GE Monogram gas stove were getting a lighting spark. Brian arrived when scheduled and It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options to us very clearly. K & M will be the first call I make when we have appliance issues in the future. Also thought the price was very reasonable.

Slight delay (one day) because of delivery error of parts supplier, but Glenn Townsend notified us promptly and provided service the next day. Very responsive.

The gentleman from AAA found that the problem that we were having with our gas stove was a spark module. Thank goodness he had the part with him!!! It took him less than an hour to repair our stove. He was professional and friendly, and the cost of repair was within reason. Thanks AAA!

Work was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Amount charged was appropriate for time required to replace part and was very reasonable. Will definitely use for future appliance repair needs!

The tech quickly assessed the issue and offered recommendations on how to proceed. I'm keeping their number, and will definitely call again in the future.

Mel came the same day I called about the repair. He had the part and was able to repair the stove in under an hour.

This did not solve problem and he told me gas valves needed to be replaced but 575.00 which I can buy a new gas stove top for that.

Best home warranty experience! I've had a few different companies for warranty, but the timely response, courtesy and willing to do whatever it took to fix our non working oven that day was the best. We didn't have the typical..."well, looks like a part will be needed, it will be a couple of weeks before we can get back out " Michael, our repair professional was very knowledgable and friendly, even took time to show and explain things. My gas stove continuously kept clicking and we couldn't turn it off. We unplugged the stove and called appliance fix. They came out the same day and surprisingly the problem was not occurring anymore when they plugged the stove back on. He said he could replace the burner but his hunch was that water had dripped on the burner and had caused the problem. He told me next time to just unplug, clean the burner and then turn on. He was fare and didn't automatically offer to replace burner. I did have to pay $75 fee for them to come out. I will use this company again.

Our oven caught on fire and A+ Certified Appliance was able to fix it immediately. They gave us a specific 1 hour window and showed up on time on both our appointments. During the first appointment, he diagnosed the problem and within a day or so, he had the part and was able to fix our stove. They are very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the repair to us and what we could do to avoid the same problem in the future. I also thought the prices were fair. The first appointment was $80 and the actual repair was around $125 including labor and parts. They offer a service contract for 10 appliances for $20/month, and it seemed like a fair deal, but we decided not to do the contract. I would definitley hire them again.

notified me when he was on the way, got here about the time I expected him. Very nice guy who didn't mind my 3 rambunctious dogs! He took the oven apart and diagnosed a bad igniter (gas stove). He replaced it quickly.

I have a gas stove that have burners that snap and ignite when you turn it on and I have one burner that wouldn't work. I called this company and the guy said oh my gosh you need to have this replaced and this and that and have it all replaced, so I said I would like to use those burners. He said well if you pay me half down and they other half when I am done fixing it. So I paid him $172.94. He took my whole stove apart and put it all back together and it still didn't work and he left and he already had my $172.94. He showed up right on time and was nice and clean. It's like he tried so hard to fix it, but didn't know how to fix it. When he left I told him that I would like to get a refund and I just got my refund in the mail yesterday. He didn't stiff me and did what he said he would do. I called another company to come out and fix it and he used a toothpick to clean out the burner and it started up.

We had a burner that would only light with the use of a barbecue lighter and were selling our house. Fleming's came out and was able to fix the problem on the spot in less than an hour, after attempting a couple of things to make sure they got to the root of the problem. Great friendly service tech came over, showed up on time, got it fixed, couldn't ask for anything more! Will definitely use them again in the future!
