Dallas Master Bathroom Remodel

Craftsman’s Renovation did a fantastic job remodeling my master bathroom. We rehired John after he completed our amazing kitchen remodel. We removed our bathtub, extended our shower, new flooring, and new cabinets. John and his team are professional and punctual. John was great adding the details, the small things you don’t think about. The master bathroom is now new, fresh and modern!

Jaser and his team at National Renovation just finished a beautiful update to our bathroom. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with them. They were on time, on budget and their workmanship was great. They provided an easy-to understand itemized estimate for the project in advance, He answered my questions and also gave several options with different price points that allowed us to make informed decisions about key items. Jaser was super helpful and responsive, and he never pressured me to make any decision. Most important, Jaser oversaw the whole thing and everyone he worked with was courteous, professional and did great work. Great paint job, dry wall and awesome tile in the shower. The vanity was exactly what we had hoped for and look like they are custom. Jaser is super-communicative and answers texts almost instantly. he is also super flexible when we decided mid-project to add a step to the shower, he was able to make the change and it really enhanced the finished product. My favorite quote in response to my suggestions was: "we'll make it work." He is completely service-oriented and was a pleasure to work with. All of this was within the exact time frame he promised. And when the towel bars I ordered were delayed, he followed up with me couple times to make sure I knew he was available to complete the install. The finished product absolutely exceeded our expectations. I would work with national renovation again in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to anyone who has a kitchen or bath project. They deserve more than five stars!

Dennis and Jonathon from Superior Building and Remodel were very professional, meticulous in their work, kept a clean workspace and were exceedingly respectful. I will definitely hire them again whenever we need more remodeling work done.

The bathroom turned out more beautiful than I envisioned. Sergio and Joaquin did excellent work and were very prompt each day. They were respectful and friendly. Sergio was incredibly strong and driven! There were some mistakes, as always, but they were fixed to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Home Front, and will hire them in the future.

My home is about 35 years old and my bathroom was so outdated. The whole bathroom was basically redone, everything is new. We even converted our tub to a walk-in shower. After it was finished, I just kept going back to look at it because it looked so amazing. We were also impressed with the ideas/suggestions we were given. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. I have referred this contractor to my friends.

the crew was professional. There were occasional issues with clean up at the end of the day but the project lead was always on point to make sure any concerns we raised were addressed - - usually in an hour or two.

We have hired Kyle's team for 2 remodels (Master Bathroom and Kitchen). Kyle is honest in his pricing and project timeframe. Agape Homes Services just completed our master bathroom remodel, the 3rd remodel project for our home by Agape. Agape helped us design a total remodel of the bathroom and we are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. We now have a beautifully designed and constructed bathroom that even exceeded our expectations, completed on time and within our budget. The professionals at Agape performed at the highest level of professionalism and competency. We especially want to acknowledge not only the quality of the work performed by Erik and Nick but also how kind, considerate and thoughtful they were throughout the entire project.

The project was great start to finish. The crew took excellent care of our house and left it very clean at the end of each day. The quality of the work was top knotch and the end result was beautiful. Ryan our project manager was very responsive and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Everything went well. We started off with estimates, revised that once and paid a 4th of the estimate singed a contract and we were off and running. We communicated throughout the whole process, went to tile and granite showrooms to pick out materials and colors and refine what we wanted the redo to look like. They said it would be 4-5 weeks and finished on time. We communicated often via phone and email. The crew was nice and didn't damage the floors or walls.

We used Band W Renovations several years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. They did such an amazing job on the kitchen we knew we wanted them to our bathroom. Don gave us a quote for the work, did the demo, cabinetry work and installed new lighting, plumbing fixtures and hardware. The contractor he brought in to do our frameless glass shower did a beautiful job. Don's painter Fernando is a perfectionist and did an outstanding job changing our cabinets from off white to black and painting our bathroom and master bathroom. The tile contractor was the best I've ever seen with meticulous attention to detail. It was up to us to find the granite and the installer. Don made sure he was there when they came to measure and to install. Together they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Band W Renovations for any remodel you are considering. They are fair, honest (Don had keys to our house throughout the project) and extremely professional. Don even helped me pick wall colors for our kitchen and bathroom. Both times we've been extremely pleased with our choice. Just a reminder, if this is your first remodel it always takes longer than you think it will so try to manage your expectations. Our new bathroom was definitely worth the time it took! We WILL call Band W when we remodel our guest bathroom.

Terrible, horrendous, frustrating, atrocious, horrid are thoughts which come to mind with our renovation of the master bathroom with Chips Kitchen & Baths. A project at time of signing was to take 2-3 weeks ended up taking 9 weeks of going through a nightmare of extremely poor communication from the project manager and up to the last day, no response from the owner, Chip until a heavily worded email was sent directly to him. Up front we will acknowledge the workmanship was really good (except for the original painter), and all our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction, but this can’t atone from the dreadful long drawn out process. Our remodel consisted of: Removal of soaker tub, replaced with tiled walk in shower Old corner shower converted into a linen closet New carerra marble counter top and twin sinks placed on existing vanity Fur down removed Old tile floor replaced with new tile Two new cabinets installed and new drawer fronts and doors on existing vanity New tile replaced old tile on fireplace An error was made on the cost of the fireplace tile which cost this company $1000.00 from their bottom line. The project manager threw this back into our face which I found very unprofessional. His communications with us was cryptic, one word emails, three word sentences at the most. Excuses one after another, the company didn’t have enough painters to go around was one excuse, but how is this our problem? Not hearing from the project manager not knowing if and when a worker was coming we would email or call him asking, “is someone coming today or tomorrow?” A response was typically shallow, tomorrow but never a time frame. We’d wait and no workers. We made suggestions only to be told, “don’t tell me how to do my job.” Well with a lack of communication, not knowing we would ask and felt the right to inquire, after all we spent over $22,000.00. We did change our minds on new faucets and fixtures a couple of times early in the reno but this didn’t delay our project to extend 9 weeks. Workers told us they didn’t like coming out to North Carrollton, too far from their home base. A project manager rubbing our faces in the loss of his bottom line, being rude and unprofessional and lacking in adequate verbal communication skills. An owner who defended his project manager while side stepping a 9 week project in a relatively small master bath.We felt our small project was an afterthought on their part because we weren’t spending $50,000 or more. So NO, we can’t in a clear conscience endorse or recommend Chips Kitchen & Bath. From owner, project manager and the lady in the office our experience was deplorable.

This was a complete end to end rip out, tear down and re-do entire bathroom from floor, to walls and ceiling. Rick and his crew displayed professionalism from the start of the project until they finished this week. The project took about 6 weeks to complete which was within expectation provided. We are very happy with every step pf the process and the quality of workmanship as well as every member of the work crew that came in and out during the phases of the project. Thank you Rick for all of your hard work and we will for sure be calling you again when we start our next project.

We have done numerous remodels, upgrades and building projects over the years and Hartley Remodeling is by far the best company we have ever used. Quentin's attention to detail, responsiveness, creative recommendations and ideas (as well as feedback on things we should reconsider and the reason why), constant updates, management and coordination of work crews and the quality of the people he used is the best we have ever experienced. Workers were trustworthy, provided quality results and also showed care and respect for our home when onsite. Even with our self-imposed "scope-creep" requests during the project, Quentin managed to accommodate and incorporate these into the project at the proper time. We are very pleased with our newly remodeled bathroom and project that was just completed last week and we will be using Hartley Remodeling on future projects and home-building in the future. Great job!

No need to look any further! Roman and David from Home Front Home Services are amazing! First, they expanded our master bathroom shower and installed a new tub. They also installed a beautiful stained sliding barn door to the entry of our master bath. We love the fresh, new look! They also installed a new vanity in our half bath. Best of all, they painted our kitchen cabinets and installed new door pulls, new granite countertops and a beautiful stone backsplash! Roman and David were incredible to work with during the 18 day project. The very first day they arrived on time and got right to work taking great care preparing our home for the remodel. Their supervisor, John, was extremely helpful in monitoring the projects and making sure every little detail was just right. Their number one priority was making sure we were happy with their work.
