I had pretty much designed the shutter that I wanted for the house. Randy G. came out listened to my design ideas and took window measurements for purposes of an estimate. Once the estimate was accepted, it took Randy a little over a week to have a model shutter built for me to approve. Once approved, the shutters were built and installed within two weeks. They look great. Throughout the project Randy was very communicative and helpful. I received great customer service.

They did paint shut a couple of vents on the side of the house. I called them back to fix that problem. They returned and fixed the problem.

Originally the trim was painted the wrong color but that was at least half my fault for not being very clear about what I wanted. When I called them about it, they sent a new crew out without hesitation and repainted the trim without extra charge, even though they would have been justified in sending me an additional bill. You really can't ask for better service than that. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The house is half wood, half brick. A lot of wood needed replacing. We wanted "Hardi board" but they noted that Hardi board was not available in the same pattern as the existing siding, so he used the highest quality plywood. You can't tell which wood is new after the painting. They took care to line up the grooves with the existing siding. There is very little, if any, overspray. Jim had very good instincts and told us the first color we picked would look purple in the sun. We picked a different color and it looks very nice with the metal roof color. He painted our shed to match. The work was efficient and neat. The only delay was weather-related due to the freak snow storms. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

We were very impressed from the point of initial contact. They were extremely professional, friendly and punctual. They also explained the process and provided details on how the work would be done. The weather was a bit of a problem initially but they worked around that and did an exceptional job. And, perhaps just as importantly, they left the work area just a clean as when they arrived. The supervisor overseeing the work was also extremely professional and friendly. We will definitely be using them again.

Eddie came to my house on October 20, 2015. We toured outside and inside. He then emailed his estimate to me in the time frame promised (same day). I hired him 3 days later. The work had to be rescheduled due to my travel and also rainy weather. We finally got a break and the work was completed Nov 18-20, 2015. The Platinum Painting Crew arrived on time ready to work (8 am). They work according to the scope statement (what's in writing...so make sure you understand what's in writing). They do walk through the project before work starts. The owner of the company (Jorge) who I had not met previously was present for this activity. Eddie was also present. Carlos is the crew leader and also paints. He speaks English and Spanish very well. I have an English degree and my wife has a degree in Spanish so we know. Carlos and his crew worked hard all day each day and cleaned up after themselves. Each team member was courteous and skilled. Carlos asked us to review their work each day and let him know of any issues or questions. We did that and they responded professionally. Painting your house can be a stressful experience (and we were stressed on top of that over having to put our dog down Nov 18) but these guys kept their cool. That made a huge difference for us. We are thrilled with the results. During the initial work it became clear that additional rotted wood replacement and painting was necessary. I felt that the additional costs were reasonable. I live in a 3800 sqft, two-story home and I have a separate two-story three-car garage. So there was a lot of trim to paint. My house now has the freshest look on my street. We also hired Platinum Painting to paint my home's interior walls. We're meeting with our Interior Designer and Eddie (Platinum Painting) today, so I'll write a review about that after the interior work is complete.
