Dallas Dog Door Installation

I gave them a list of things my husband was procrastinating on doing like hanging towel and shower bars, curtain rods, install dog door, fix dryer vent, etc. They did it all in 2 hours and were very reasonably priced. Saved me nagging my husband for many weekends. =0)

The entire experience was great from the initial call through the completion of the job. Dennis arrived right on time and was quick and professional, friendly, and honest. Did an excellent job and the cost was better than expected. Also Dennis if you read this Monte and Brookie love the dog door. You will be glad that you called Dennis we highly recommend him.

Went great, they cleaned up all the debris when they had to cut into the wall to make the opening slightly bigger for the new doors. Installation of the dog door was flawless. When we had a slight issue with the door not catching a few weeks later, they were back within 24 hours to fix it. Very professional, and Tom definitely takes pride in his work.

Very nice husband/wife team. He is very busy (probably because of all his positive Angie's List reviews) but I wasn't in a particular rush so I said that any time in the next month would be fine. He put me on his schedule for three weeks later with the hopes of squeezing me in sooner and sure enough, he had some time just a couple days later and came by. he was very professional, polite, clean and skilled. the price was below what I estimated it would/should cost and a month later the quality of the work is still very evident. If I have other things around the house that need done and I don't have the tools or skill to do them myself I would absolutely use Integrity again.

It was a metal door so it took more work but the job was completed quickly and professionally. He carefully cleaned up after the job was completed and the door looked great. I am very happy with the job and would highly recommend Jay.

Working with Adam and his dad Mark Shinners was a wonderful experience. Great people, customer friendly, good pricing and professional. Our project was delayed because of COVID-19, regardless Mark kept us informed on the status of our windows. The windows and kitchen door with doggie door were installed by Scott and his son, both very professional, hardworking, courteous and punctual. I have to say it was a pleasure having them in my house. They did a great quality job installing the windows along with the detail framing around them and the new kitchen door with doggie door is just right!! If you are thinking of installing new windows or need a new door with a doggie door, give Mark Shinners a call, you won't be disappointed!!

I liked this company because they were able to do some customization with the doggy door we were wanting. It looks great. They were very prompt and professional with the job. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a customized door, these guys are great.

I cannot praise this company enough! I had discussions and had seen sample photos of several other companies who did custom doggie doors, as well as discussed the work to be done with two other contractors. None seemed to be able to produce what I needed. Then I ran accross Doors 4 Pets and People on Angie's list. I drove to their showroom and met with the owner, Louis. It was a fabulous showroom with numerous samples of various types of doggie doors. Louis spent more than an hour with me discussing my specific needs for not only my two dogs, but also the custom french door that I needed to match my other two doors. I purchased a specialized doogie door that is going to work for my needs. If it were not for being able to see all the options in the showroom, I would not have known of the door that is going to be great for my dogs and my house. Louis then came out to my house to take photos of my doors, take measurements, and match trim and color with my existing doors. The installation itself went perfectly. Louis and team did a fantastic job of designing the perfect door for my needs and matching it to my other doors. The customized french door and doggie door were worth every penny. Everyone on Louis' team who helped me in this process was professional, responsive, and caring. A job well done!! Thank you Doors 4 Pets and People!!!! You made everyday life for me and my two dogs much better.

The responsiveness was tough. I was the first one to sign up, but had difficulty setting up appointments. Partly my responsibility because I work also, but it was very difficult to get an answer as to exactly what I was paying for. It took 4 phone calls before I was told. The work that was done was good except for the door weather stripping. I can't close my doors. When I asked the carpenter to please fix the doors...He did fix one, but the other two still don't close. The weather stripping was glued on very unprofessionally. ...something I could have done myself. The woodwork was done nicely and I was proud of how it turned out.

John did a great job on my deck last week and I asked him back to mount TV's, switch a couple of interior doors and install an ice-maker and an interior pet door. He arrived promptly, answered all my questions, and did a quality job.

I love their service. We would highly recommend them. I just think they were able to think outside of the box more than other companies were and they are just a nicely ran company. They were great with the work and they are definitely one of my favorite companies to work with. I would definitely use them again. The quality is so beautiful and I do show that door to people who come to my home.

I have used this company, for the last 3 1/2 years, for anything and everything. I am a widow, handicapped and live alone. They take care of everything even down to changing lightbulbs. Even when I have to call them at the last minute, they always do their best to work within my schedule. I trust their employees in my home. They are so nice and always clean up any "mess" they might make. I could go on and on. I highly recommend them.

They had everything ordered quickly after the estimate. I liked that they called before they came, and they were also prompt and punctual. They did a good job cleaning up before they left. The doors are high quality, and I have not had problems. Overall it was a good experience.
