Took longer to install than we were told; had to scramble to arrange time off from work. After system was running, the zones were not channeled correctly, making parts of the house extremely cold or hot. So that was one return trip. Then we found out the primary evaporator drain was plumbed to the secondary outlet, which was dripping off our patio. So that was a second return trip. Then, we found out the humidifier was slowly leaking. The water leaked through the ceiling and down the wall, behind the paint, which stained the ceiling, split the crown moulding, and bubbled the wall paint. They returned a 3rd time to replace the humidifier. They say the crack was a "factory defect:, but it looked to us that the installer over torqued it and cracked it. From that point we couldn't get MES to return our call to tell us status on getting the wall repaired. We called half a dozen times over a month and each time, had to repeat the situation and were told they'd call back. Days went by and no call.

My air flow issues are finally fixed! I had air flow issues for years and had numerous companies out to try and resolve this problem. None of the Air Conditioning/Heating companies had been able to resolve it. Integrity Air Conditioning, LLC came out and resolved all the air flow issues on the first visit for a reasonable cost. Previously, my home had been cold/hot on one end of the home and the opposite on the other end of the home. Our comfort has been drastically improved since Integrity Air Conditioning, LLC came out and resolved our air flow issues. I have also experienced significant savings on my utility bills while staying comfortable, due to this repair. I will be using Integrity Air Conditioning, LLC for all my spring cooling and fall heating tune ups as well as any other issues that may arise.

In one word: great! the air flow is now amazingly uniform throughout the 2500 sg. ft structure; no need for our room fans or space heaters. The Daikin AC unit is much quieter, more powerful, (and hopefully more energy efficient) than the old 4 ton Trane. Jesse and his crew of 4 completed the work in app. 6 hours, were very professional, friendly, and cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend this company.

They came 1 week earlier to perform maintenance on my AC units and to check my airflow issues I reported. Tech wasn't notified of the air flow issues. He tells me to we can add dampers and I agree to the $600 worth of work to add dampers on all the lines because I was informed we didn't have to do all of them. He also sold me another 300 bucks worth of work which I was fine with. He installs the dampers on one unit and then tells me I have to figure which one to open or close to fix my air flow issues. Also, he only installed them on one unit and thought that's what I wanted. When the estimate was completed I showed him all the rooms I was having issues with and that would include both units. After completion, I was not a happy person and he offered to price out the other unit, a price to add a return(which was not brought up during the first visit) and a price to insulate the attic. I still have not received this estimate nor have I heard from them. I feel like I was ripped off!!!!

The install was prompt, professional and quick. I have been very pleased with the service. They have had to come out several times to adjust the air flow and add vents to make the system performed as expected.

Proposal was made to fix air flow problem. Management refused request to do a test before and after installation to verify job worked. When I asked him to do it he left. I called a second AC person, Trey Stout, and he fixed my problems. He told me my dampers were causing the poor air flow and I did not need a new AC line installed. He also informed me I had two air filters that caused additional air flow problems. I did not know i had one inside the actual unit plus the one i was changing in my hall. With a couple of tweeks the extra tubing work was cancelled, my AC stopped freezing and my house is much more comfortable. 1st Class AC wI'll never be called by me again.

Other than a little trouble getting it scheduled, partly my fault. They were prompt courteous and very nice. He made sure he was very careful of my carpet and locking my ladder where it would not fall on my head when I tried to open it, when he left the attic after checking things there. I will use them again.

Ronnie first checked the air flow, determined that the air flow was way too low, then examined our air filter. He informed us that the air filter we were using was making our system work way too hard, and told us where we could find filters for our system. Then he cleaned the evaporater coils. He asked us if we had some cleaner he could use because if he used his it would cost us another $60.00. He then scraped and cleaned the coils for several minutes. Then he added the freon, and stayed to make sure that the system was cooling like it should. He was very helpful, and informative, giving us tips on how to take care of the system to keep it working for a couple more years. We appreciated that he took the time to really examine the system, and to show us how to care for it, rather than just showing up, adding freon, and leaving. For the 2.5 hours he spent at our house, we expected the bill to be much higher. The only drawback was him showing up at noon when he'd told us between 9:30 and 10, but it was worth it, and besides, we'd rather him spend the extra time rather than rushing through a service call. We'd definitely call him again.

I called based on a reference. Iris picked up and quickly put me on the schedule for that day. Before I hung up, she noted that if I was available earlier, she could move me up. I said, "move me up." Cody arrived, early - nice, and listened to my problem. He was in the attic 2 minutes and came down with the problem completely fixed. He laughed and said that he had installed the units a year or so ago. The house owner at the time asked him to install a damper, at the actual furnace, for the three rooms. She was hot in the winter and cold in the summer. Who would have guessed! I appreciated his honesty and from talking to him the company owners value honesty as well. He could have spun a tale of woe and I would not have known the difference. I will do business with them again, for sure.

Recent Review: This is an unsolicited review. Yesterday, I had a double sided, perforated, high quality radiant barrier foil installed in my attic, along with additional Johns Manville fiber glass Formaldehyde-free insulation, which brought my insulation up to the recommended D.O.E. R-49 rating. I also had two high quality solar variable speed vents installed on the main roof along with one turbine vent installed on my 1st floor Master BR roof, along with an attic tent. There are 3 access points to my home (main house, above garage, and above Master BR). Energy Attic created a very efficient air flow with where they installed these new vents, and for no cost, moved a couple of existing stationary vents to areas that never had venting before. The results were immediate. On just the same day, my attic temperature dropped dramatically and my house last night and today is very comfortable. I actually turned the thermostat UP this morning, because of the nice chill in my house in these July 90+ degree temps! Energy Attic provided a very affordable quote, and then got to work immediately the same week on my attic. They showed up on time, were meticulous in their work and preparation, and did a terrific job. They did a very clean job and paid attention to every detail, while answering my questions, and helping me to understand the importance of the work they were doing. In short, they were a joy to work with. In Texas, a good radiant barrier, proper insulation, and proper venting are just as important as the HVAC system. This work will pay for itself in just a few years, lowering utility bills. My advice is not to go with a cheap "barrier paint" of any kind. Paint is paint, regardless of what some companies call it and the D.O.E. doesn't even recognize paint products as a radiant barrier. A high quality radiant barrier is stapled to the underside of your roof rafters and doesn't allow 97% of the sun's radiant energy to enter into your attic. Use your logic and do your own homework like I did. I promise you that you'll be glad you did. I give Energy Attic 5 stars for superior quality of service and outstanding work. You can find them like I did on the Web at www.energyattic.com or call them at 972-548-0088 or 817-529-6087. I promise you that you'll be glad you made the decision to work with them. Honesty, integrity, and customer service are important in my book, and Ryan, Guy, Kristina, and the crew at Energy Attic will take good care of you. Dr. Bob Williams, Flower Mound, TX

Recent Review: They were polite, on time, and great. They went out of their way to figure out the plumbing to set everything up for us. They cleaned up after themselves. The unit they installed has cut our heating bills some and has made the temperature a lot more comfortable. They were really good people to work with especially when it came to scheduling. I think they were one of the best contractors I have worked with.

Business Description: M A/C’S & COIL CLEANING SERVICE. Hi my company is a local service provider We clean air conditioning units in homes in the area so that as the summer heat increases you are not put in a bind as the coils in your system get dirty they lose efficiency and cost you more to run your equipment When they were new they worked with no problems and were very efficient but now with them being older and the seasons changing, the cotton wood pollen and environmental pollution they need maintenance semi annually So when you call us you are a priority not just a number on a list we provide the best service at a fair price. Our crew has been trained in the best method of cleaning your system by certified and state registered HVAC Service Technicians. We hope you will take the time to read some of the information we have found to help you understand why you need to have your coils maintained yearly You may ask how it will help. Well do you have an allergy to dust or do you have a higher electric bill this year or perhaps is your outside unit past its warranty Well we can tell you that as your unit works and the temp rises it works harder and uses more electricity FACT: EPA STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT A BUILD UP OF .042 INCHES OF DIRT ON A HEATING OR COOLING COIL CAN RESULT IN A 20% DECREASE IN EFFICIENCY. Even with reasonably efficient filters, your cooling coils can still become clogged with contaminates that can restrict air flow and create IAQ problems. Air Filter Sales & Services equipment and coil cleaning service helps prevent such problems. This coil is almost completely clogged! Regular cleaning of an HVAC unit and its coil provides a number of benefits which include: Removal of harmful bacterial growth Helps to prevent contagious illnesses that can be transmitted from and through the air handling unit Eliminates odors created from microbial growth on coils and drain pans Clean cabinets make maintenance and repairs easier Reduced energy usage and greater control of the temperature in the conditioned area Additional benefits from a clean HVAC unit: Air flows freely through the coils ensuring the unit operates at its design efficiency which saves energy Component life is prolonged when operation time is reduced. If your air handling equipment needs cleaning our professional service crew is the answer to your needs. Years of experience have shown us the least expensive and fastest way to perform a thorough cleaning of HVAC units. Using industry standard practices and the best in biodegradable cleaning products, the system is cleaned to as close to new as possible. Depending on the size and condition of the coil and HVAC unit to be cleaned, our service can even involve disassembling the entire HVAC unit to expose both sides of the condenser and evaporator coils. We can provide whatever level of service your unit requires! Once the coils are cleaned, the blower wheel, blower housing, condensate pan, and the cabinet itself are cleaned to remove contaminates from within the unit.

Recent Review: Within 2-3 days of the quote, installers showed up on time and worked diligently all day to replace the outside unit and the air handler in our 2nd story attic. We also had them run larger ductwork to one of the rooms upstairs that needed better air flow for cooling. The Trane xv20i has had no mechanical quality issues at all and we have seen savings on our electric bill. The "B" grade is related to the technicians' (not installers) limited experience with the smart thermostat which may have improved by now as it was relatively new back then. I've awarded an A for cost but, to be fully transparent, we didn't solicit additional quotes and may have been able to find slightly better pricing. Included in the pricing was 2 free years of maintenance and, I'm sure, some buffer to cover the 0% interest/5 years loan.
