    Every aspect of this project, from planning and architectural work to contractors, sub contractors and coordination was 100%. I received a spreadsheet every week with expenses as compared to budget including all materials and labor. Each step of the project including consultations, advice for saving $$ as well as suggestions for improvements in existing HVAC systems were valuable. All contractors were 100% reliable, professional, were creative and constructive in addressing challenges that emerge in any project and demonstrated outstanding follow through. The shop is extremely comfortable even on the coldest days and maintains even humidity for the wood. The project was on budget, on time and exceeded expectations, particularly with regard to workmanship, communication and professionalism

    Yael and her company YGS Design & Development were fantastic! We purchased an apartment that required substantial remodeling and changes to the layout. The apartment’s shape is far from a standard rectangular shape, so we couldn’t get a decent ‘as-built’ floor plan. Yael interviewed us regarding the scope of the project, and our desires and ideas for what needs to be done. She then came on-site, quickly measured everything, and presented an as-built floor plan and schematic design plans with 4 alternatives. Yael’s alternatives contained several ideas that we hadn't thought of, and we liked some of them very much. After additional discussions, Yael presented adjusted alternatives, and then after some more discussions we received a final package of drawings sufficient for obtaining all necessary permits and signing a contract for development with one of the teams that Yael suggested. All communications with Yael were very pleasant. She responded quickly, was professional, and detail oriented. When Yael determined that the final design wouldn't require certain construction drawings, she substantially decreased her fee, which was pleasantly surprising to us and demonstrated her integrity. In addition to the high personal standard that Yael follows, she holds a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from a top European school, as well as a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from MIT's School of Architecture and Planning.     Kinsella Built was a dream to work with. They were incredibly attentive and made sure every question we had was answered promptly. The entire process from our meeting with John and James to the finished product was flawless. John kept us informed on every step and made the entire process so easy. John and James were so excited for our project right from the start. We met with other contractors who basically told us our job would be impossible. He has extensive experience and knowledge of the intricacies of building brand new homes and taking old 100+ year homes and remodeling them to be almost indistinguishable from new construction while still maintaining the character to give it a unique charm. He helped with digging a 5 feet foundation from a 220 year old home and understood what needed to be done in order to ensure a safe work environment and to maintain the structural integrity while making it as expansive as possible. More than his extensive skills and experience Andre is just a standup and honest person. He truly cares about the clients he works with and gives great ideas for what would will look nice and takes them through the process from the very beginning pre construction phases to end with excellent customer service.     My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs
