- America's Best Patio RoomsOur new porch is gorgeous and super high quality! Seriously, compared to most screen porches I've seen around here, ours looks like an addition or really that it was built with the house instead of pasted on later. This is especially impressive considering our house siding was discontinued, and he was able to find a nearly identical match, which if he hadn't pointed out wasn't exact I couldn't have told you. We started getting estimates last fall in hopes of finishing by this spring and ended up a little delayed to start, but they finished in April after a little over 3 weeks work. Lumber prices had already climbed a ton when we got the estimate, but the owner, Austin, was able to give us ideas and suggestions we hadn't even considered on how we could maximize our space, make it work for our family and get close to our original $30K budget. We ended up finishing it to a level we could come back and add windows to make it a 3-season-room later on, so we already have things wired and insulation etc. in place. And with screen panels that are easy to replace if our kids or dogs poke a hole in them, a knee wall with beadboard, and a dog door to keep them from running into the porch edges, it's going to hold up much better to our family than the basic screen porch at our previous house. All in all, it's beautiful and we can't wait to enjoy it this spring, summer and fall

A manufacturer problem occurred with the information tape on the frames on all of the window frames causing the painted finish to come off with the tape. We are still waiting for the window screens to be replaced. But we have confidence in Four Seasons to make sure that the screens are right when they are installed

They put the windows in, maybe 15 years ago, and we haven't had any leaks, any torn screens that they put in, or any paint peeling.

They ran into rotten structure and replaced it immediately -- when I first saw it, I thought they would say to fix it and call them back. Nope. They got the materials and fixed it as normal course of business. Previously the temperature in the house fluctuated wildly depending on the time of day in the summer. Now it's a steady 69 degrees. And the windows matched the rest of the inside woodwork perfectly, and look really sharp on the outside. They are the Marvin brand, I think. Had a couple incidents of wrong size window, but that was immediately fixed. Overall, it was a great experience and well worth the cost

"Adam is the ultimate professional ! His designer Russ was amazing , professional and easy to work with ! The entire team at Custom home medic were truly mindful craftsman. My wife and I are incredibly particular , and they met all of our needs and exceeded all expectations. This is now our favorite room in our house , our laundry room , it’s almost silly to say . They where incredibly clean and took Covid 19 seriously .( this was a huge deal to us as my wife was pregnant at the time ) They came in under their competition bc they don’t over charge in design, and their cabinet quality is truly awesome. "Great! Luis & team were able to work within my budget and still achieve a better than expected outcome. The house is a 1920s bungalow in SoBro. We were able to collaborate on the design in order to remove a wall to open the kitchen up to the dining room. They installed beautiful new tile, cabinets and new appliances I bought. They coordinated install of granite counter tops and quality was good on that. In the bathroom, they were also able to rework the layout, install new tub, toilet, plumbing, tile and vanity in order to modernize and open up the bathroom for more light.

"They did excellent work. Four bridge shelfs and 6 bridge shelfs were installed on the walls of our den. They also repaired drywall where previous pictures and organizers were hanging and removed a bathroom vanity mirror and hung a new one. The only small complaint I have is that they were supposed to arrive at 9 AM called me at 9:30 to say running late and arrived about 10:15.
