"Scott at Trident did a great job on our pool. We had the tile replaced and the plaster redone with Micro Fusion Pebble. He also poured a new slab to match our existing deck. "Greencare built us a fantastic pool, spa and water slide. We have a sizable backyard, but it’s not huge! So we weren’t sure if it would’ve come out well. Greencare was able to make it happen. We received a few quotes from other companies and Greencare was the fairest in our opinion. We worked with Gary. He was our initial contact and point person for the job! He walked us through the project step by step. He worked closely with us to make sure this was a smooth process! They sent us detailed links and pdf’s that outline the entire process. They even explained any delays that would happen and what to expect such as permit issues or weather concerns. It was great! We really appreciated the support, guidance, and service from everyone at Greencare. We even received a call from Steve, the director of operations, to see how things are going! It really shows that the company cares about their customers.

"They did a very good job. The price included solar heating on the roof. Everything came out very good. Everything was fine. They were punctual. They came out when they said they would. They passed all the inspections. After they finished, we did not have any problems with it for quite a long time. They charged what they quoted. They are probably more expensive than some because they over engineer. They give you better equipment with more capacity than other pool companies do. We got a bigger pump than we really need. It does not overwork. We have not had any problems with it. We are happy with the price. They were always on time.

"We weren't sure whether we had enough room in our yard (we did) and what features we could have. The whole planning phase was perfect, and went smoothly. Trinity worked with us to find the right shape and features, and to get all the permits. It took us longer than expected to get our HELOC and we had a very difficult Spring (poor weather conditions) so the pool completion was delayed by about two weeks. I would strongly recommend that clients plan what their yard should look like after pool installation. We didn't give it enough thought so had to get paving and yard work completed almost as an afterthought! But It's done now and we love it. Trinity also found us a good pool service and has said we can contact him with any future issues we might have. Thank you.

One of the new stair rails was dented during installation and the minute we showed it to them it was immediately replaced with a new one.
