We worked with manager Lyle on both of these projects and find him to be kind, knowledgeable and straightforward in his communications. He always advised us when to expect the team and kept us aware of how the project was going. The office staff, we worked often with Layla, was also very professional and incredibly easy to work with. We needed him for a full range of services from prepping our former house to get top price when we sold it, to helping us move into our new home and handle small handiman tasks up to helping us convert our new garage to an additional living space. Our biggest project was constructing a fabulous designer kitchen. Julio had great ideas throughout the project and continually suggested more economical ways to achieve our dream kitchen. He came up with money saving options for us on the repairs instead of just trying to replace everything, which I really appreciated. Once we agreed on a solution and price, he was on time for his appointments and completed the work in short order. He truly did a fantastic job. Even pointing out that a fix we had agreed on would simply not work out and adjusting the plan on the fly in the most economical way possible. We have had many handymen services and other professionals work on our home in the 15 years that we have lived here, but I can honestly say I am more satisfied with Anthony, his professional attitude and the work that he did than any other person I have hired. Jack O TradesWe had been doing only the minimum of repairs for about 10 years and putting off whatever we could, so we had a long list of items that needed work, in almost every room in our house. Steve was assigned to us. He was FANTASTIC! Steve was very patient, explaining everything and discussing different options. His work was impeccable on every project, big or small. He even accompanied us to Home Depot to explain how to approach the selection and purchase of the higher ticket items on our list. Steve took our long list, broke it down into priority levels, then just worked his way through the entire list. This list is too long to reproduce here, but I bet it looks a lot like most people's home repair lists. Some were improvements we wanted to make, like adding some custom shelves to an office; others were serious, like a leak in the ceiling; and most were things we'd just been putting off for years, like repairing that squeaky garage door and repainting baseboards. As lifelong renters, we don't know how to do most of these repairs, nor do we have the tools or the time, so this is exactly the service that we needed and the outcome that we were hoping for! Chad did a wonderful job. This was the second job he did for me, and both times were fantastic. I would definitely recommend him. Very careful to not drip on new carpet or floors, he painted all the walls, trim, ceilings, along with two interior doors, in my two bedroom townhouse. Very thorough job, the new paint looks great. He also patched the walls as needed (nail holes from wall hangings and a wallboard seam). I paid half upfront and half upon completion, worth every penny.
