"I placed a request for a clogged pipe in my kitchen. I received a call from a CSR and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Before the serviceman arrived, I was given a call to let me know he was on the way. Brian arrived on time and upon checking to see that what I believed was a blockage deeper in my pipes than just a simple clogged drain, he did in fact confirm that I had a blockage well past the u-bend under my sink... he went right to work and had my pipes cleared out and my drains working freely within 30 minutes... I was VERY happy with his work and professionalism... the price was a little more than I expected but that was my fault for misunderstanding the CSR. I was told that there was a fee for coming out to find the problem and then if work was done it would be more. I thought that meant that the fee for coming out would be included in the price of the services rendered like it has been with other services I have had done after the servicemen came out and given the estimate and then I had them do the work. But, this place is different. The cost of coming out to give an estimate is NOT included in the service costs. I could understand paying that fee if I did NOT have them do the service they were giving me an estimate for. That wasn’t made clear up front and it is the only reason why I can't give a perfect score. Granted, it is a misunderstanding on my part. But, that really should be made clear before hand! The charge for coming out was $89 and then there was a hourly charge of $108 per hour. You pay for the full hour no matter if it takes them 10 minutes or 60 minutes. I will still use them if I ever need plumbing services again.

"We used Plumbtastic Solutions yesterday and I was glad I called. Zach was very professional and courteous and I thought he went the extra mile for us. We had issues with both of our hot water heaters. One was leaking severely and the other wasn't heating. Zach found the leak and replaced the valve from PVC pipe to a high pressure hose, similar to what they're putting in houses now. While he was working on the 2nd water heater, the sediment in the bottom of the hot water heater caused so much pressure build up that it blew a hole in the high pressure hose. Water and sediment went every. Zach quickly took care of the issue, called one of his workers to bring him a brass valve. He replaced the valve and completely cleaned up the entire mess. Finished working on the other hot water heater. Spent a total of 4 1/2 hours troubleshooting and fixing our issues. Received a call this morning from Zach and he stated he was in the area and wanted to stop by and check on both water heaters to make sure everything was still good! Great customer service! His price he charged was very reasonable and I would highly recommend calling Plumbtastic Solutions and ask for Zach! Edit or delete this

"The right equipment: a D5 dozer and a bobcat, delivered on a semi flatbed. Charles the operator worked **** ** that dozer and got a lot done. Cary came out ahead of time and scouted the land with me and Charles to see exactly what needed to be done. On the day of the job, Charles gave me a lot of great advice on what trees to keep, to keep trees in sets of three or more, etc. I highly recommend Cary (and, if you can get him, Charles as the operator).

"These guys are real professionals! I had a back up in my septic and wasn't sure what was going on. I called Irwin's and they came over the same afternoon. Shane and T.J. inspected and diagnosed my sewer backup issue really quickly. They repaired the cracked pipe and were extremely informative as well as polite and professional! We also had them add an extender to our septic tank, so that it could be pumped easier without digging down 3 feet to the hole. Shane went over all the work that was performed and the price was very reasonable!!! I would highly recommend Irwin Septic to anyone needing septic system work done. I hope I won't need their services in the future but if I do, I know I will be in good hands with these guys!!!

"Andrew the Graco contractor was very pleasant to work with. &nbsp;With that said the service provided was subpar. &nbsp;The roof they installed was poorly placed and damaged a little in certain spots. &nbsp;The roof was inspected a few weeks after it was installed and the inspector didn't even think it was new! &nbsp;Andrew said that the roof shingles were to blame and they were defected but I still think some poor workmanship installing the roof had a little to do with the dismal inspection! &nbsp;Needless to say I sold the home and Andrew was working with the new owners and the shingle manufacture in order to replace the roof once again! <br />
