"I called Phillips in the afternoon and they sent out a roofing supervisor, Chris Oliver, the very next morning. Chris examined my roof and found the issue quickly. It was a minor job, requiring just a little bit of silicone sealant, so he didn't even charge me. While he was up there, he noticed a few other issues he thought I should take care of and he took the time to walk through them with me. Chris was friendly and professional. I felt like he was looking out for me. The whole visit took 45 minutes. Will absolutely use again.

"VISTA was hired to replace and aged roof in Conroe, TX. The bid process went smoothly and VISTA won the bid basis best roofing shingles offered (MALARKEY) and overall price to complete the job. Owners Mike and Daniel were very professional, timely and informative. The roofing job went very well overall. The roofing materials were delivered on time and correctly. The roofing crew was on time and worked hard and effectively throughout the day. They were provided motivational gratuity and lunch food. The roofing job was (by all accounts) - done well, with no apparent errors or faults. My only constructive feedback that was provided to the owners / VISTA was that the roofing crew was unsupervised by a VISTA representative at any of the critical stages of the job (start, midpoint, completion). Daniel did show up near lunch time to conduct drone photos of the job but did not interact with the roofing crew or check equipment or equipment settings (airguns, etc) to my knowledge. As I am used to working with crews in the field, I took the role of ensuring job oversight was maintained, even though I am not a roofing expert. It is clear to me that these roofing crews know their business and require little direction from the company owners, however, the "front office" should, at a minimum, ensure the job is going "as sold" during critical phases. This will be a key part of future job contracts that I am involved in.

"Franklin Laya and the Crew came to make the Repairs on a Holiday (Labor Day) which I was not expecting. I did end up having more work done than I intended, but that was because I pointed other things and asked questions about things I noticed. That did not look right or I felt was not working properly. Franklin listened then explained why something was not working as it should be or just completely missing. So I agreed to have the issues corrected. Franklin and his crew was very Professional. The work was completed in the amount of time he quoted or less, and he made sure everything was done correctly.

"The 'All Over Exterior' quote was in the lower half of the 6 quotes I received. I chose them because the detail of their quote and their certifications were the same as the high end quotes. I got the full GAF 50 year system and it was expertly installed. All the different components of the GAF Roof system for valleys, ridges, starter shingles and such were specified in the quotes. I definitely recommend 'All Over Exterior'.
