Called Apple Valley Plumbing and talked to Greg Kranz. Less than an hour later Greg showed up at our door. He explained what it would take to fix the problem, including what needed to be done to minimize the issue of freezing pipes during the winter. He got to work, and an hour later he was done. "A water leak occurred on Christmas night, and resulted in a sudden, massive rush of water through the light fixture into the room below. We turned off the main water pipe and called them as soon as they re-opened after the holiday. They came the next morning, which was wonderful, and were able to fix it that day.
It was Billy and Howie who did the work. They were very skilled and professional. Plus, they were both really nice, sociable guys. They paid a lot of attention to where we thought the leak originated and then tested it. They checked with us on our preferred spots for the wall holes in their search for the leak. They did a great job cleaning up the plaster, and protecting the floor from additional leaks.
