"HomeProAmerica built a new composite deck, which turned out beautifully, they were timely, and cleaned up afterwards and our new deck is wonderful. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that someone was suppose to come back and cover the exposed footings and we have not gotten a response from them since January 2021, after reaching out several times. The exposed footings look awful.

"I reached out via Angie's List e-mail and the response was quick. Jayme the owner was out twice, first to look over the project and then to finalize the project. He was very easy to work with, offered good options and was not high pressure. I received a bid for the work in a timely manner. We accepted the proposal in September but because he was so busy, we agreed to wait until "off season" to do the project. It was scheduled for end of February 2018, In the meantime, our existing deck, which was rapidly deteriorating, fell to the ground. It wasn't a pretty sight. Jayme made arrangements to have that removed within a week or so which was appreciated. About a week before the project was scheduled to begin, I received a detailed e-mail from Jayme telling me exactly what would happen and asking for my permission to drop the lumber in the side yard and store the patio door and sidelights in our garage. He also gave me a timeline of when his people would show up on the site, etc. Great communication which just doesn't seem to be all that common these days. The project began exactly on the day promised in the original bid (Feb26) and his project lead Sean was at my door right on time. He also was outstanding to work with and the project went off without a hitch. I was very impressed with the build and Sean's attention to detail PLUS Sean's sincere desire to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Each morning Sean checked in with me to discuss yesterdays work and what the plan was for the current day. Any minor tweaks I requested, they did. Outdoor Spaces is an impressive company. Jayme and Sean clearly take pride in what they do and they put me first. While these guys are busy, I would tell you the final result is worth the wait. This is a first class company that I highly recommend. Can't wait for spring and summer so we can enjoy our new deck.

"I am so impressed with Craftsman. Ellie, the project manager, coordinated the job and was so quick to respond to any questions. Jim, the lead on the install, was very helpful in explaining all of the specs of the job. And then finally, to the crew that actually cane out to do the job. There were only two of them because it was late in the season but they did a great job and checked in with me after each day to let me know what was going on. "Chris always responds back promptly to Angie's List messages. He kept me up to date on when he would be out and would tell me many days before he did so. That made it easy for me to plan. He upgraded some sliding closet doors that were worn out and very noisy. He was able to keep the wood doors themselves and reworked the sliding mechanism with new hardware. They work great and make little noise. He has done work for us before and he always pays attention to details and is reasonably priced. After the work is done he cleans up very well. If I have another project I would not hesitate to call on him again.
