"Excellent! Last fall Coty patched a couple of known leaks and gave me an estimate for future replacement. This winter, while renovating the 2nd floor we discovered previously unknown leaks, hidden behind drywall. I called Coty and told them I wanted to get started on the roofing project as soon as possible in the spring, since we had discovered the new leaks. I signed the contract and paid the retainer and was told that I was at the "top of the list" to get started once the winter weather ended. A few hours later Nick Coty called me and said that the weather forecast was going to be nice in the next few days, and would I like to have him start my job next week? YES! The crew was fantastic. They got the old roof off and the new one on the same day. The following day they finished cleaning the yard. (These short winter days don't give much time for doing outside work.) And on the third day my new gutter was installed. Questions were always answered quickly, calls returned promptly, and the crew was polite and courteous.

"No nails at all left in yard. Tarps around the entire yard first. Many roofers in our neighborhood because of hail damage. This guy WAS THE BEST and lapped the rest! He was also the fastest by far. Real unbelievable to this day. I even had a problem with the Mortgage company cosigning an insurance check and then the thing got lost in the mail. State Farm reissued a new one (had to). He waited it out as long as he could. I can not say enough good things about Luke Monson. If you can get him DO IT!!!

"If your stucco home was built around 1990, and fails a stucco inspection with several points of high moisture readings, you fear the repair work can easily cost $60 K and much more because the damage is likely hidden. I had several contractors look at the job and nobody could/would handle the job to take care of the window, repair frame work and re-stucco and match existing stucco. Matt Roach of Barrier Construction quoted the project with the promise that his staff would do all the work and only need to deal with one company and satisfy the inspection findings. From the first day Barrier's crew started the job, my wife and I knew right then we had hired the best company. The crew was so professional in every way, soon felt almost almost like family, and were truly craftsmen in their job skills. Barrier turned what could have been a nightmare into a solution that was more than fair from a cost standpoint to an absolute gem of a finished project. We can not say again how great the crews were and Barrier staff support.

"Required the service panel to be relocated in basement do to remodel work. Jake, of Sunflake recommended 2 possible locations that would meet electric code. I suggested a third location that I would prefer to have it installed at. Questionable if the location would meet code. Jake took pictures of the area, emailed them to the inspector, called inspector to discuss my request of location, when inspector could not authorize location without seeing it, Jake arranged to meet inspector at house to confirm the location of service panel location. This was all performed on Jakes time, nearly unheard with contractors. Inspector approved of the location, and the project moved forward and was completed to my satisfaction. I would us Sunflake again as a contractor.

"In December 2021 I hired Handy Rite for a second time, and I just can't say enough about this business and their owners. The first project (in Spring 2021) involved the installation of new smoke detectors throughout my home, which has several levels. While that may sound like a small job for some, I simply don't have the expertise. Ben actually made recommendations on the type of smoke detectors to purchase and went to Home Depot on my behalf (I had not bought the right kind previously). In December 2021 Ben installed several new light fixtures. He was prompt, efficient, clean and most of all such a nice guy! Staci is also wonderful to work with.
