"$1800 quote to patch and paint 3 rooms including trim and ceilings all white. Estimated time given was 2-3 days. We supplied trim paint. Seemed to be going well but after the first day was told we needed a third coat and it would cost more. Felt like they should have had the experience to include this in original quote but had no choice to get the job done. Crew still finished after 2 days. Total cost $3050. Mostly finished but left a little mess every where. Drips of paint on furniture, floors, windows and fixtures. No communication after they left. I emailed photos and was told I would be referred to “operations.” They showed up unannounced two days later. Lots of excuses. They cleaned up some of the mess and painted one of several missed spots but we still have so many things with paint where paint shouldn’t be. Incredibly expensive and now we have so much paint clean up to do. All of it could have been done properly if they had tarped and taped properly. Incredibly disappointing. Would have been better off taking a week off work and painting myself. Now we’re behind schedule and overbudget.

"I wanted my guest room repainted the same color after my roommate moved out. I contacted CHS services and made an appointment with them. They showed up on time and did the work in a very timely manner. The rooms looked great but after they left I did notice 2 minor spots that were missed around the bathroom sink. I think it was possibly due to the tape coming off around my bathroom fixtures. It was not that big of deal. For the price, it was a great deal.

"We had the whole interior of our house painted including all trim and closets. 2600 sq. ft. Working with Jamie was great from beginning to end. The quote was good with the exception of the spindles on both staircases were not included. Jamie added cost for that work but made it minimal due to the miss on both our parts. Rigo and Eddie were our painters. They were fabulous. Quality of work was exceptional. They were both extremely friendly, courteous, and on time. My labrador retriever already misses them.
