Great! Dr. Cool installed new thermostat and replaced breaker which may have been the reason the original thermostat stopped working.

Everyone with ac systems should have to keep Quality Air of America’s contact info on hand for the sudden ac issues. They are by far the best ac service I have ever dealt with and being able to have someone like them to fix my ac issues is fabulous. In fact, just recently they replaced a broken thermostat. It was a very fast and simple repair.

I needed my thermostat replaced and Dan was accommodating to my schedule and came when I was able to be home. Great work and really nice guy.

I called these guys on the hottest day of 2015 and they had a technician at my house an hour after lunch at the same day. I can’t remember the exact problem but it was related to my thermostat. It was fixed and the ac was back on track in less than an hour. Not only was the technician wonderful but also the person on the phone was great as well. I have recommended them to my friends and they have been pleased with their experience as well.

I called around lunch time to make a service call & was told that they weren't sure if they were going to be able to get to me that same day as it was a pretty booked up Monday, but that they would try. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call later that afternoon saying they were only 20 min away from house & would be there shortly. We had called because after replacing the batteries in our thermostat, our thermostat no longer triggered our A/C unit to turn on. It took him about an hour to diagnose the source of the problem (a wire would occasionally touch a copper pipe within the the unit & short itself out when running) and repair it. He then discovered that this had fried our thermostat & that it needed to be replaced. However, he didn't have any programmable thermostats with him, and the non-programmable thermostat he did have on hand was going to cost me about $100 (including the installation). I did a quick search on Home Depot's website only to discover that programmable thermostat's are only like $30 each, and decided to go buy a new thermostat & install it myself. He walked me through the entire process & made notes of which color wires to attach to which letter, which settings to watch out for when programming the thermostat so that I programmed it correctly for our system, and how to turn on the master switch outside. Overall, the technician was at my home for about 3 hours, but I was easily able to install the new thermostat myself using the notes he gave me & now our house is much cooler than before it had ever broken. I would definitely use them again, but I would not recommend having them install a new thermostat of theirs because the upcharge on the non-programmable thermostat was ludicrous.

B & B Air has been our go to company for all our a/c repairs and installations. They are extremely friendly, their prices are always better then the others I have checked, and the service is not only prompt but quick. We can't say enough about every single person we have encountered in this company from the people that answer the phone :-) to the techs that come to our home.

The service department was very responsive, they had a technician here within hours. He was able to fix the issue and got my ac back up and running pretty quickly. They were very professional and courteous.

I have had the service of this company to install a new thermostat for our air conditioning system. The technician was a competent professional and I enjoyed his service. The quality of his work was superb. I complement this company for hiring such a high calibre personal. We would like to have them do our ac problems in the future if possible.

The quality of the service was good. Upon initial installation they forgot to include the programmable thermostat as indicated in the product description. Upon informing them about the thermostat, they installed new programmable thermostat. Their responsiveness was good, I felt they are overwhelmed by their work, so lady on the phone was little less courteous and less friendly. They arrived on time and finished their job. Cleaned up the place once the work was done.

I have had a weird thermostat/communication issue with my over fancy Bryant Evolution AC. I got transferred to Eric. I am not yet a customer and have not paid for any services. Over the phone he was nice enough to help me troubleshoot to see if it was an easy fix or if it needed something more. If I need to use an AC Company this will be it!

very quick with the estimate, and were here promptly for the install We needed new thermostats and the installer came back to do them after we ordered them. Our NEST thermostat wasn't compatible with the new system so we installed Honeywell 9000 WiFi Statss

Ontime, professional, specific about nature and cost of repair. I believe that you get what you pay for. I own three homes and use their service regularly in all my homes.

TECH GOT THERE ON TIME AND WAS IN AND OUT IN A JIFFY. NO MORE WAKING UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO 60 DEGREES WHEN THE THERMOSTAT RESET TO ZERO FOR NO REASON.
