Naomi Gilens
Staff Attorney
Naomi is a staff attorney specializing in free speech and civil liberties litigation. Prior to joining EFF in 2019, she was a legal fellow at the ACLU and served as a law clerk to the Honorable David J. Barron of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Honorable Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While in law school, Naomi was an affiliate at Harvard's Berkman Klein Center For Internet & Society. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Princeton University.
