Registered Manager - £70,000-£80,000

Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client, a well-known and respected Adult social care provider. Due to their continued high standard, person-centred care, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Registered Manager that is passionate about providing the highest standard of care, the appointed candidate will be responsible for overseeing a 100-bed Residential Nursing home in the Northampton area.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be energetic and self-motivated and be looking for a career that makes a genuine difference to the lives of others. The role will involve leading your team to always provide a high quality and professional service ensuring appropriate, person centred practice is delivered in line with the values of our client's organisation.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits

Location: Northampton

The successful candidate will have:

• A level 5 Diploma (or working towards completing their level 5) in Leadership and Management.
• Experience of working at management level within care services.
• A nursing qualification or relevant experience in Nursing homes.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulatory standards and expectations.
• Experience of coaching, mentoring and nurturing staff.
• Great leadership skills.
• An adaptable management style.
