We were given a Redemption Code along with it by email, from Angi. However, we didn't make use of the coupon. In any case, we were contacted promptly by Sean, the Murphy company's Master Electrician...who was very nice in communicating with us over text messages.... also suggesting other deals/offers (for additional work we were considering to get done). Apparently, the coupon for the Electrical Inspection (only), which we had originally downloaded on the same day when we actually had a conversation with Sean(by text)... now, it was no longer available. We only would question that coupon part in terms of communication with Angi and Murphy Family Electric. Make sure you get all the correct info on deals/offers when hiring this Pro. Other than that, thanks again to Sean who was prompt in communicating with us... we had decided not to schedule anything, after all!

"They were very responsive, answering questions during the bidding process. Once they were selected, they set a service date. They notified ahead of arrival, were on time. This was the only firm that came out to do a free job review and estimate. The same electrician did the work. When they needed to adjust to solve a problem they discussed it with us first. After the installation they helped re-label our panel, which had some mis-marked breakers. That took longer than expected due to chasing some ghost circuits. They did not charge above the original estimate for this project. They were professional and observed health protocols. All went well.
