"The service and communication was great. Chad's tree removal quote was easily 50% cheaper than any of the other quotes I received from other providers in the Indy area. He had a bucket truck and a three man crew. I initially messaged Chad via Angie's List app and received a reply back within a few days. I could tell he was incredibly busy, so communication back and forth was fine since I didn't need immediate service. He recommended I call 811 to mark the lines in the ground prior to the work being done. Scheduling for the work was a bit tricky as we didn't quite nail down an exact date, but I received a call from him within 5 days of agreeing to the service and he was at my doorstep. Once the Trees were down, he sub contracted the stump work out through BWS Stump Removal (at ~$50 per stump) - which was equally great and the stump work was done the next day. All in all, great service and I recommend Chad to anyone in the Indianapolis area needing tree work done. I will be using his services again very soon.
